SUBJECT: Sanitization Criteria
1. Based on sanitization instructions provided by Hq, USAF, the
Aeronautical Chart and Information Center has compiled the inclosed
paper for use in preparing cartographics. This paper has not been
officially approved as an overall Air Force directive since it is
arranged to fit the needs only of the Aero Chart Service. However,
the principles which it encompasses reflect those approved procedures
which have been forwarded to graphic production units within the
Air Force.
2. Inclosed are two copies of the referenced criteria which
was recently brought to the attention of Mr. it
