Reference is made to the attached original copy of Ref (a) received from the TCO/Navy for presentation to the Utilization Advisory Board 19 July 1957; copies of this request were also sent by the Navy to the TCO/USAF, to the TCO/USA and Copy #2 is being retained by the TSO/CIA for inclusion in our Navy file. 2. The Navy apparently has complied with the suggestions outlined by the TSO/CIA in Ref (d); this called for the deletion. under Item 2c, of the follow in 3.
