25X1A 19 At the request of IC, the proe-
dures for the handling of materials are referenced above in order
to? clarify some misunderstandings which have arisen. References A, B.
and C above deal with the handling of Cuban Photography and materials
generated therefrom.
2. The basic guidelines for sanitization, however, are
contained in paragraph 2 d of reference A and paragraphs I and 2 of
25X1 A reference B. It should be noted that whenever information contained in
anct is removed from the TALENT System, further sanitizationjof the
information for backstop purposes as indicated in reference B need only
be requested if a source attribution is required.

3. Accordingly, will make no systematic
call of such source attributions but will accept calls from TALENT Con-
trol Officers for such sanitization actions whenever they are required.
