SUBJECT: KH-4 Coverage Overlay
REFERENCE: COMOR-M- 191, paras 7 and 8
1. The COMOR Working Group has reviewed and
approved the "Useable Coverage Composite Index's (UCCI) produced
by DIA. This index, presented in the form of an acetate chart-
overlay which shows areas not covered by KH-4 over an agreed
period of time, will be given periodic revisions. These revisions
will be submitted to the NRO by the DIA after Working Group
approval.
2. Until we have gained enough experience to agree
on the nerrys.ga,rv frequency of revision, the following procedure
will be followed:
