1. Attached are summaries of the obligations, commitments,
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building
25X1 (NHB) Construction for May 1989 (Attachment A).
2. For FY 84, two adjustment vou h were processed in
25X1 error and will, be adjusted in June.
3. For FY 1985, we recorded the following expenditures:
$794.20 for supplies; $5,815.41 for roof drains and water
softeners; $1,377.95 for modifications to the south filter
room; $12,299.44 for water line testing; $7000.00 for
modifications to outlet holes; $1,354.94 for installation of
tamper-proof screws; $11,817.70 for carpet installation;
.$7,400.77 for the installation of a 50Hz generator; $2,200.00
for vault construction; $5,491.00 for minor renovations on the
second floor; $45,018.00 for the Allied work authorization
account; $10,000.00 for punchlist items; $2,772.00 for
modification of partitions; $3,409.00 for office renovations;
$10,525.42 for the PASS project; $6,559.80 for installation of
floor grates; $12,605.00 for installation of 13KV cables in
vaults E, F, & G; $67,645.00 for redesign of a replacement
chilled water system; $24,931.00 to insulate partition walls;
$21,432.22 for aluminum clear anodized coat hooks; $12,871.00
to install overhead conduit and cable loops; and $11,000.00 to
25X1 repair and paint hallways.

Report of Obli ations and Expenditures -
25X1 May 1989
. The following obligations were recorded in May:
$17,553.00 for the chilled water system; $13,193.00 for
renovations for Africa Division; $3,132.00 to reroute the south
dock area; $13,830.00 for installation of partition panels;
$10,252.50 for installation of new furniture; and $6,465.00 for
25X1 installation of a VAV box.
In May, we recorded the following commitments:
$43,872.00 to upgrade the restrooms; $15,314.00 for the
purchase of cove base; amLL0,000.00 to design the Executive
25X1 Dining room expansion.
3. The monthly Open Obligation Activity Report (00AR).and
the Open Commitment Activity Report (OCAR) for this FAN as of
31 May 1989 are provided as Attachment B. The Status of
Allotments Reatfn the period ending 31 May 1989 is
25X1 Attachment C.
4. Any questions regarding this report and the FAN 81-2000
transactions may be referred to the Chief, Budget an Fiscal
