SUBJECT: Overtime Reports
Attached are reports pertaining to FY 89 and FY 90
statistics for the Office of Financial Management. These
reports were compiled by the DA Management Staff and hopefully
you will find them useful. Rather than inundate everyone with
paper, I've advised the Management Staff that all we will need
in the future are tbe monthly expenditures by Office (so we
can track how we are doing) and a breakdown by name for each
Office's use on who Is working the overtime. The latter report
will be reflected by pay period but should still be useful.
We will see you at the next meeting in December. Thanks
for your comments on the Office of Personnel response to the
IG recommendations. Your comments were in accord with views
expressed by the other Task Force members. Please call if
you have any questions.
