SUBJECT: Executive Order on Personnel Security
The Legal Adviser to the National Security Council has been asked
to chair a working group to review the issue of access to
classified information and the draft Executive Order on the
subject prepared during the Reagan Administration. Accordingly,
you are requested to nominate a representative to serve on this
working group. The representative should be a senior lawyer in
the General Counsel's office (in the case of the Justice
Department from the Office of Legal Counsel, and in the case of Lt
