Program and Budget Authorization Subcommittee
Staff of HPSCI
1. With the departure of Marty Faga and Duane Andrews,
the HPSCI has had to bring in new people and to reorganize
their Program and Budget Authorization Subcommittee staff. I
thought you would be interested in the the current
organization and area of responsibility for these people. In
addition, where possible, I have noted where the people worked
last.?
Bob Fitch Subcommittee Staff Director
Ken Kodama
Has been on staff for a number of
years. Came to HPSCI from Garland
Division of E Systems in late 1970s.
Has responsibility for CIA account
and HUMINT--since CIA is number one
HUMINT organization.
Came to HPSCI last year from NSA.
Has the CCP account. Only one on the
staff from his own area of
responsibility.
Jeanne Seelbach PhD mathematician from ESL. Has the
NRO account.
Larry Prior Newest staff member. Came from Navy
Intelligence
Virginia Callis Joined the staff within the last year
as the staff auditor.
