of H.R. 122 to the Congress. We are interested in the outcome of
the deliberations on this particular bill and would appreciate
periodic reports on its progress.

2. The Office of Communications (OC) would welcome a "properly
chartered" Office of Telecommunications Policy, to heighten

concerns in the formation of such an Office within the Executive
