Integrity in Post Employment Act of 1989
1. Attached for your attention is H.R. 2143, another
proposed ethics bill designed to prohibit Members of Congress
and former government employees from attempting to influence
the USG or from representing foreign entities for a set period
after leaving government service. This bill was introduced on
April 27, 1989.
2. As with the other ethics bills we have submitted to you
for review, we would appreciate any comments you have on this
