STAP MEMBERSHIP
At present, STAP consists of eight members.: Under current
applicable rules, six members would serve out their terms in May,
1980. Because of this one time large turnover, it would be
advisable to seek an extension whereby the membership changes in
a more orderly way.
Both because of the range of problems taken up by STAP and
schedule conflicts, it is desirable to encrease the membership to
ten to twelve with the memberships selected in part on the basis
of the problems that STAP will be working on.
Preliminary discussions with STAP membership suggest the
following order of priority:
