When RRB reviewers encounter CIG/CIA documents which require an
upgrading of classification 'r files under review, they will upgrade
them by the authority given thciprespective Section Chiefs. They
will use the employee number of the appropriate Section Chief for this
purpose (not the RRB reviewer number).
The Section Chiefs should be informed of any such upgrading
decisions made under their authority.
This procedure applies to records reviewed at NARS.
