Bohrer, M.D. Director of Medical Services 25X1 Supplementary Guidelines for Declassification of OMS Materials 777 I I The following guidelines are supplementary to general declassification exemptions set forth in Section SB(1-4) of Executive Order 11652 and should be applied to Office of Medical Services materials awaiting declassification: IV-1A A. Information which identifies the cover IV-3A&B and functions of OMS personnel assigned should continue to be classified. Such information may be declassified 75 years following dissolution of the facility. Documents and information received from U.S. or foreign governments may not be declassified without the explicit approval of the originating Agency. IV-2A D. Information which reveals the Table of Organization, number of employees, or the budget of OMS should not be declassified. 1-4 C. 11-2 E. Information involving pseudonyms, cryptonyms and codewords normally requires continued classification. However, if the document does not contain information which would require continued classification, the information may be declassified after excision of the pseudonym, cryptonym or codeword.
