This is in response to your memorandum of 1 April 1988 in which you
requested a classification review of personal notes taken by Mr. Michael Reed
from classified files of the Office of Air Force History.
We have completed our review and have determined the following:
Insofar as CIA equities are concerned, the notes concerning documents 1
and 5 (K717.0413-4 and K717.0413-190) may be declassified in their entirety
(Tab A).
CIA requests the following deletions indicated by red highlighting
on documents 2,3,4, and 6 (attached at Tab B) under the provisions of
section 1.3 (a)(4) of Executive Order 12356. These remain Confidential:
