tdhen RRE3 revie~~ars encounter CIG/CIA documents a~hich require an
upgrading of classification in files under review, they will upgrade
them by the authority given their respective Section Chiefs. Whey
will use the en;plo~1ee number of the appropriate Section Chief for this
purpose (not the R~tR reviewer number).
The Secti~an Chiefs should be informed of any such upgrading
decisions made u,tder their authority.
This procedure applies to records reviewed at NA??S.
