Declassified in Part - Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2013/08/08: CIA-RDP93B01194R001700140029-1 10 Feb 78 Discussion With OCR Personnel re Notification of Review Action STAT At their request and I met with STAT Chief, DSB/DSG/OCR and SA/DSG. Purpose of the. STAT meeting was to pin down some agreements reached with yesterday. STAT asked whether the prinout to be provided-to DSB could show the document originator in Alpha rather than numeric STAT STAT code. Agreed that it will remain nuberic but in the all documents will be listed under their originating i.e., OER under that alpha heading, etc. Because of changes in numbering systems, that in a11 cases the originating office was printout Office, necessary said for them and in some cases they will have to use source cards to find .the document. Entire-matter Will not be a burden fpr DSB for some time since only an estimated one-tenth of one percent of requests are more than ten years old. s,aid that accordcing to ADSTAR does not enter into the picture, since nothing older than 1976 will be entered into it. We discussed the mechanics of DSB actually physically entering the declassificatipn. I noted that only RRB has the authority to declassify under the Action Plan. But, as I - perceived it cet--- we' would provide Zat- stamps to DSB. Using the printout they could enter the correct information.
