We discussed the mechanics of DSB actually physically
entering the declassificatipn. I noted that only RRB has the
authority to declassify under the Action Plan. But, as I -
perceived it cet--- we' would provide Zat- stamps to DSB. Using the
printout they could enter the correct information. The stamp
will have the athority, and the printout will provide the date
of action, change in classification and the reviewer, the
