1. The DECAL notice procedures just impleniented by IT'D
satisfy_all notific tion requirements: OCR TOP SECRET Control and
the office-of record, as well as CRD. It is not necessary for
components to notify CRD of any Preedom.of Information Act
(Fon), Privacy Act (PA), or mandatory review under rxecutive
Order 12065 actions.
2. Additionally, it is not necessary for CR!) to notify OCR
or any Other component of actions taken as a result of FO/A, PA,
or mandatory review under E.O. 12065 actions.
3. I believe proposed notice should state that
the actions to be reportedto CRD are other than PITA, PA, or
E.O. 12065 requests processed through IPD.
