SUBJECT: Possible Discussion of Personnel Shortages (SWS) at USIB
Meeting, 11 September
1. As you may recall, during Mr. Colby's visit of the SWS
the question of the vacant State, Navy and Army billets
was discussed. At that time, LGEN Wilson indicated that
he would look into the problems and see what could be done.
STAT DIA 2. Recently, of the IC Staff has been in
contact with us to obtain background information on the
vacant billets in order to prepare a talking paper for GEN
Wilson to P resented at the USIB meeting on 11 September.
