PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT FOR
VICE DIRECTORATE FOR PRODUCTION LOCATOR ROSTER
1. The authority will be 44 U.S.C. 3101 and 3102 entitled "Establishment
of Program of Management."
The item of concern is a document of convenience to provide identifi-
cation, work location and residence information on personnel assigned to
the subordinate elements of the Vice Directorate for Production.
The alphabetic roster, by Deputy Directorate or subordinate element,
is used as a locator, both during and after working hours, by senior
level management personnel in the Vice Director for Production and Deputy
Directorate offices. After hours use is limited solely to provide
assistance in the relaying of time sensitive or emergency information.

THE REQUESTED INFORMATION.
