Barry 0-2 Personnel for National Indications Center 1. On 17 November 1954 a Memorandum of Agreement was signed by Mr. W.J. McNeil, _ t Sec Def (Comptroller) and the Deputy Director for Administration, CIA. In this F orandum, it was agreed that the AiV defense agencies and CIA would detail per- sonnel to staff the Nattonal. Indications Center (NIC) in accordance with recommenda- tions lade by the Intelligence Advisory Com dttee (IAC). 2. The IAC has established a T/O for the NIC which calls for additional per- sonnel from each of the four agencies. Navy is to provide an additional officer (a total of 2 officers) and a civilian typist; Air is to provide 2 additional offi- cers (a total of 2)s a 06-11 Graphics Specialli st# and a GS-7 Secret xy (all but the latter are in addition to the previous T/?). Arrqr is to provide 2 General Duty NCO's, in addition to the officer and the OS-12 ans yst now assigned from 04. 3. It therefore is requested that 2 General Hirpoa?
