147. LOGNOTE--Exectitive and Planning Staff, 13 July 1979
IG INSPECTION. OIG, advised that
the Inspectors will meet with employees one-on-one. They will
begin the formal inspection on 23 July, and plan to start with
Ops. Normal procedure will be to start with the Chief of a
line unit (e.g., DR Branch), then interview all working members
of the line unit, so through all line units or their equivalents,
and then they will meet with the chief of the next echelon (e.g.,
C/DRD and her staff). The inspectors will meet with Group and
senior staff chiefs at the conclusion of the inspection of their
respective components.
