From today's FBIS staff meeting:
HPSCI will require prior approval for any reserve release to CIA
from now on, which will make getting such releases much more
difficult.
An Agency officer has been indicted and given a jail sentence
for falsifying T4A's.
Kohler says OM is losing five GS-15's to private industry, in
part because Congress may tamper with the Agency retirement
system.
5. Parking fines at Langley are increasing from $10.00 to
$35.00.
6. The ex-Marine sergeant who has directed traffic in front of
Hqs. Building has been replaced. Evidently stepped on too
many well-shod toes.
D/FBIS met yesterday with the Open Source Action Group and
received several complaints about nonavailability of electronic
storage and retrieval of FBIS products. He will meet with
appropriate FBIS people next week to discuss how to describe
options for this to higher management. A Los Alamos represen-
tative at the meeting yesterday stiffened to attention at the

C/SDS reported that a GE proposal is currently being studied
