Two (2) special telecommunications circuits for Video Camera Lines.
JUSTIFICATION:
The above requirements will be needed over the next three years to improve
the operations of the Badge Office and support the proposed new video badging
system.
TINE REQUIREMENT:
By end of Fiscal Year 1989
IMPACT OF LACK OF SERVICES ON OTHER PROGRAMS:
Lack of the requested support will prevent the implementation of the
proposed new video badging system.

signal will have to be compressed and converted
to a T-1 compatible signal in order to be
encrypted between buildings.
