SUBJECT: Proxmire Response Re Psychoenergetics
Since fear of the "Proxmire Effect" is often cited in discussions
with sponsors and potential sponsors, I asked a friend of mine in
psychoenergetics research (who was originally from Wisconsin) to query
his senator with regard to this field. The original letter and
Senator Proxmire's response are attached. I am circulating copies to
appropriate government officials.
