REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-59
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing
information provided the remote viewer.

#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 7 January 1981;
mission time is 1400 hours.
#01: Test.
#14: This will be a pre-session briefing. All right #01 at the
start of the session I will read off a word. The word
indicates the target. The target is identified by this word.
I want you, at that time, to give me your impressions of the
target.
#01: Okay.
#14: All right #01, the time is now 1400 hours. I'm going to
give you a word that identifies today's target. The word
is LAVISON. L-a-v-i-s-o-n, Lavison. Describe your impressions
of the target to me when you are ready.
#01: Ah..... have an object in...free space. It's... elongated
quad-angle with a pair of S shaped arms on a..S shaped
+02.5 appendages. Has sort of a box car look to it, and it's....
it signifies part of a larger whole. I get a feeling of
heat, energy associated with it, white, white bands of heat
and light, but very narrow. I get a feeling of size...much
larger than a man. Many men could climb on this, and do......
+05 Get a feeling that it's a...form of...wait a minute ...not a,
not a weapon device, but a form of...forrn of aggressive type
implementation of some sort. Like a complex systematic,
aggressive... plan or something like that. ...I get a guided,
delicately balanced, guided feeling. For some reason, I,
I'm looking for a weak, a weak poih ton this target. I
don't understand why, but i t does have, does have a weak point.
Believe the weak point has to do with time. Duration of time.
That it can be used or expended .......... It's intrinsic to
a plan of some kind.....key, key element....... That's all
I'm getting.
#14: Okay. I want you now to think on this word again, and I'll
repeat it for you, and identify where on this planet, where
this target is located. The word is Lavison, L-a-v-i-s-o-n.

it's India or Africa, because they both look the same to me.
Just a minute. I'm gonna see if I can get some people.
#01: Africa, bottotn third of Africa .....seems like a strange place
for it to be. I'm getting..... keep getting India as well.
I don't...know why. I get as much of one as I get of the other.
Africa and India.
#14: What's the raw data, the raw perceptions that gives you these
imp cessions?
#01: I keep getting images of a form of a headdress or turban....
and the tip of a continent that's pointed. A V shape and
water. Almost as if it has to be cooled. I don't get a
direct, a direct connection or a feeling for an object with
the continental en masse though. So, it may not be ground based.
But over these. continental masses. May be some form of air-
borne platform or...... something other than specifies land-base.
##14: All right. I want you now to go to the location of today's
target, go to the location, and describe your surroundings
at the target area.
+15 #01: Underground; three-stories, not all of them underground.
Concrete reinforced, no windows; heavy security. Some kind of
feeder tubes goin g. into the ground from another building give
access.
#14: Okay. I want you to go above the ground to the ground level,
and describe your surroundings.
#01: Flat, open, two or three small buildings, but these only
have administration function. Very, very large building
centered in flat area. Predominantly, occupied by some form
of feeder tubes that exit the side and go into the ground.

#01: One looks like mirrored glass on one side,
##14: Are there any personnel in the buildings?
#01: Below ground, but not in this big building for some reason.
I have a.....strong feeling that the interior of the building
would be very hazardous to ..life. It's not a, it's not any
kind of a radio-active feeling. It's more of a.... different
energy level feeling. Like an environment is created which
life energy, as we understand it, could not exist in.
#14: Okay. I want you at this time..........
#01: Very low frequency of some sort.
#14: 1 want you at this time to access the area where there are
people. Where the personnel are. Describe some of these
people to me.
#01: Ah, dressed like lab technicians, white...mostly...very
well educated, but requiring extreme clearance.........
These people are also, ah ...... something ideologically vague
about these people. I don't know what it is. Probably party
type communist.
#14: Just give me your raw impressions.
#01: Umm...... Lab technicians....... eastern European .........
#14: Are there any other personnel at this location?
#101: Minimal ..... military guard type security function. Like MP's.
........That's all I see.
#114: Okay #01, I want you to go to the above ground level, and I
want you to describe the nearest geographical land mark to this
location.
#01: Okay. Just a minute..........Okay. I have a perfect, symetrical,
round, pointed mountain top, singular, by itself. Top third is
snow covered .......... two cities, southwest of that, and this
location is in this center of the triangle form by the two cities
and the mountain top.
#14: Okay. I want you to go one of those two cities, and describe
it for me.
#101: Looks like a .............newly built city. It's got....many
work type people moving around in it, and they're wearing this
strange headdress.... many of them.

#01: It's like.....a wrap of white with lines around it .......
people dressed like European ....... darker than normal skin....
but a colder climate than would seem normal ...............
#14: Do you recognize these people? Have you seen these type of
people before?
#01: Almost looks like..... extreme northern India or, or....
Kurdistan or something like that........ seems southern
USSR....
#14: What makes you say that?
#01: Life ...I flashed to the old, to the old steps....the frozen
tundra with the....with the indigenous, Mongol type tribes.
A flash back...see horses.
#14: Okay. At this time I want you to go to the other city, the
other city that helps form the triangle. Describe this city
to me.
#01: Looks about the same. The only difference is there's section
of it that's far much over.Many rounded, dome type buildings
that appear to be very old. Sort of squat, fat looking little
buildings with dome type roofs. Strange pattern, like squares,
and zigzags painted around the upper edges. All earth colors.
White, okra, off-white, tan, brown, and obelisk type towers
appear to be the tallest structures there.
#14: All right. You're doing very good. I want you to return to
Lavison, and describe your impressions.
1101: I get a recurring impression of intermingled lines of.force,
white, intense beams of light or heat....very low frequencies...
in some form of highly excited molecular structure. Definitely,
non-radio active.
#14: Okay. Describe the area around you.
#01: Open and flat; mountains way off to one side. Very large
shield or glass like structure, and over beside this, think
over ..... and underground .... system of rooms, and water.
I don't know what the water is..... this thing cuts holes in
energy systems.
#14: Just... give me your raw data. What makes you feel that this
thing cuts holes in energy systems?

#01: Very intense. This, whatever this is, is very intense. It's
overkill. There's no finesse to it. ...consumes great deal
of power and wastes much of what it consumes. I get a barely
controlled feeling about it. A test feeling .................
I just see this intermingled,....these intermingled lines ..
of force when I see it. I don't....I see going, if I follow
the lines of force, if I pick one, and then I follow it I
see....like, six-sided, six-sided cone of.... of atoms........
punching through everything.....and then I sort of a star burst
impression like looking at a light through a copper screen.....
#14: Okay. Very good. Is there anything else that you feel is
important to add before we bring the session to a close?
#01: Only that it's weakness is time.... duration ..
That's all I have. ..~ ~~...
#14: Okay. We'll pause at this time.
#01: Page 1. General world location. As you can see, this is why
I got mixed up between India or Africa. I got a pointed section
of land..... At the Lipper end of which there's a mountain range
a dome type mountain, and two cities. City I describcd....first
city, and the city I described the second city. There's an
asterisk mark in there, and that's the approximate position
of this, whatever it is, Lavison, place, thing object or
occupation or whatever. For distance, I would say, I could
give you an estimate that from the tip of this point of land
to the dome top type mountain is somewhat over 3,000 miles,
but not more than 4,000 probably, and the dotted, or dash
section, I drew a example of the hat, and that is as close to
simulating what the hat is, as I can come.
Page 2 is...... a drawing of the building above ground which is
associated to this word Lavison, and the one wall is all glass,
and there's some kind of tube type objects coming out of the
rear of this building, And, this entire thing is on a concrete
platform. And, it's built sort of like the-world trade center
is build. You know, they have this big, tall building like
standing above ground, and then this big platform upon which is
the foundation, and the floors didn't go underground for many
floors, and I sensed that all the people are underground and
there's, it's uninhabitable to be in the glassed section.'of
the building during this operation, o r during any operation in
this area. And, there's a couple of small administration
buildings. And, then whenever I'm given the key word Lavison,
I picture this free-space form in 3-dimension, is rotated in
front of me. It looks like a box car with the two appendages
fastened to it, and there's a lot of water involved with it,
and I get this jumble of interconnecting lines of force, and
then these two lines of force being ejected out of one end,
and then the star burst patterns. That's essentially it.

#01: Oh! I get a feeling that this, whatever this thing is,
it's dealing on more than one energy level as we understand it.
And, the people that made it, use it or develop it or play
with it, or whatever they do aren't aware of that.
