SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-22
1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information on an area of interest.
2. (S) The remote viewer was able to achieve his usual state of
relaxed concentration. He complained of abdominal pain prior to the
session. Later he repotted that the pain ceased as he began to relax
in preparation for the. session. He was undisturbed by ambient room
noise. Some of his imagery was uncharacteristically clear to him.'
He expressed confidence in his imagery.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol
(S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the
remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target
cuing information provided the remote viewer.

blue suit...uh...diplomatic type office which is in
a white cement building. There's a sort of a slight
grade in front of the building. This is a modern
(phonetic) white building. Kind of like spic-and-span
building. Ok. You can take it from there.
#28: Ok. This person that you see in a blue suit...
#46: Is the guy in the picture.
#28: The guy...the whose picture

him in a blue suit then in a gray suit, and all
this intermingled with a very strong impression of
him in fatigues and military power. That's all.

success and he's being afforded by the populace.
He's on his way to...official government building.
It's an, assumption of some kind of power.

#46: Yeah! This in power thing is all internal (phonetic)
Can't tell you why, but it's all internal.
#28: Explain what you mean by
#46: There's no outside threat. It's all internal
politics. That's as much as I can say. It just
that impression.
#28: All right. ?Fine.
#46: I have nothing else.
#28: At this time then return the focus of your attention
to here, (edited for security) present time.
Remembering the images of your perceptions prepare
now to draw.
#46: All right. Ok. Bk. You're going to have to
(mumbling) because I was concentrating very hard.
#28: All right. Now, as I remember your first impressions
uh...we, before, I wanted at first to start the
session by telling you...uh...to focus; I had,
SG1A of course given you the picture of
SG1A before the session so you could
look at it and concentrate with the lights on...
uh...and then when we started the session now, I
didn't get to focus you on the particular areas
that I was interested- in, and you had a spontaneous
response which you felt compelled to tell me about.
#46: Yeah. I don't know why. I just had that picture
and I was waiting for you to get going, and...uh...
I just felt maybe it would bring me into proper
perspective within that time-frame, and the imagery
was pretty continuing and strong, and that's where
I picked him up in this, I don't know why I had to
tell you this, but in this building, in this plush

diplomatic office, and the outside of the building
was just very modern. It Was very...uh...almost
very bright, white cement: building. He was in one
...he was in that building in this sophisticated plush
office, and I got the impression that this building
was on the side of the road, and the road was slightly
sloped, and it was just a very strong impression. I
thought start from there, and then do whatever
you wanted to do.
#28: Ok. Is there anything that you'd like to draw about
that?
#46: No. It's just the...I had a, yeah, let me do this.
I had a sloping road so you got...uh...put sloped,
spelled tight, sloped in this direction of a small
grade and this, this building I kept seeing as very
high wall here, ok, and this went something like this
someplace around there. And, this wall, I'll draw
a different plain, was white cement, and this jetted
out here, someplace, ok, and then it kind of continued
this way, and then to the corner of the building.
Maybe this...very bright, white and shinny cement was
very modern looking building. That seemed important
to me getting 'em.
#28: Ok. And you perceived, am I assuming that you per-
ceived this to be where he is right now.
#46: That was a starting point. Yes, yes.
#28: Ok, ok. Then, I was interested in moving to some
alternate time quadrants, and our first time quadrant
to work was the 24th of March, and then more specifically
the 1000 hours: on the 24th of March, and, of course,
we were referring to the local time AIM SG1A
#46: Yeah. I don't remember. it (phonetic). What I picked
up there was a big mound of dirt, big bank that
extended...uh...from one side to the next, and
behind, beyond that somewhat in the background,
some 50 hundred yards was this, this wooden building,
which later turned out to' be impression of a tent,
as well, was a sort of a command postwhere I
describe these smal guideons and so on, and that's
where I found him t ere. I mean if you want_a
drawing of that.
. #28: Ok. Uh...this is, eah, I'd like to see what it
looks like drawn. t's, it's sometimes easier to
understand your... ...descriptions.

#46: All right. Ok, and all of the, the troops, and I
perceived tents all over the place in the area. I'll
just put 'em all over the place, and the thing that
impressed me was that all the troops were extremely
spic-and-span. Like...uh...a unit that moved out
into the fields for some kind of maneuver.
#28: Ok.
#46: That was the impression of that.
#28: That was where you found him when you focused on
the time-frame.
#46: Yes, yes. I found the bank first. I don't know
why, but it's a dirt bank.
#28: Ok, and then I had some specific questions that I
wanted to ask you about this time-frame. The first
one was describe his primary duty.

that you said to me was tanks, and then I asked you
what made you say that.

treads. So I, gave me the impression that he was
in charge of tank. That's why I said that.
#28: All right. It seems to be a little bit much to draw
this somewhat...
#46: It would be like an Uncle Sam poster where you have
the tents, the guideons, and someone, and then the
overall theme of the poster would be the tank...
as if somebody was trying to recruit somebody to. -J_:
become a tanker or something. That's what it would
look like.
#28: Ok. My next question then was his primary concern,
. What is his primary concern? Your response to that
question was something like internal civilian govern-
ment concern of some kind.
#46: Yes.
#28: Can you tell me about that?
#46: Like an internal government crisis, very big problem,
wherein the military is involved as a military,
civilian push and pull, tug thing, and I think,
later on I said there was no I was looking for
an apparent military threat from the outside Or
something that would...uh...explain the presence of
thismaneuver, and I couldn't find it. I thought it
was internal.
#28: Ok...Uh... Was there any...uh...visual imagery...uh..
when I asked you the question about his concern...is
there any visual imagery that you Could relate to these
pictures?
#46: Uh...when you ask me those things as I did later on
in the limousine it's question of perceiving mental
attitude, physical retainer (phonetic)...uh...and
impressions you get from being with someone whether
just what, what he's thinking of or what, what he's,
what he's reflecting in attitude, maybe. That's the
best way I can describe it.
#28: Ok, ok. Yes. I have gone through two of the questions
here. Now, I'm coming to the third question then, it
is when I asked you again on the...uh...focusing on
1000 hours on the 24th of March. I said describe his
specific activity at this time.

#46: Oh-, yeah. This is when I caught him briefing
military personnel and civilian personnel from a
map.
#28: Is this in the...is he inside, is he outside?
#46: He was inside, was inside. I don't think it was
the tent, plus the surroundings were too plush for
that.
#28: Surroundings?
#46: In the room.
#28: In the room?
#46: Wooden chairs, dark wooden chairs...uh...and
wooden desk. It's...resembled the maybe that's,
maybe that's where it came from...initial impression
of that, where I first located him in this diplomatic
type room in that building.
#28: If you could, I'd like you to sketch the room in which
you found him giving this briefing.
#46: Of the only big impression...I'll, PH just put an X
to where he was, because I, T just got the impression
of the room that it was plush, government official
room, and what you had was a map display and what he
was doing was pointing with a pointer to specific
things on the map. The people...in fact, the dam
door was around here someplace, and there were three
or four rows of chairs. Individual chairs, like
this, really. And he was briefing these people and
there was a predominance of military personnel, and
a smattering of civilians. If you want me to attach
numbers from impressions, I would say there was a
gathering of about 20 people. Maybe a little more.
Maybe he had 4 or 5 civilians not more.
#28: Ok. Can you tell me a little more about this room?
You used the word plush. Can you tell me some of
the furnishings.:, you noticed?
#46: Yeah, yeah. Everything is dark brown. Uh....desk on
side here. Resembled very much the room that he was
in. This one thing that kept coming back was right
behind this desk is a huge mirror, or something;
either a portrait or a mirror, but looked like a

mirror with a, with a gold edging hang over, hung
over a sort of a huge mantle piece here, and all
of this is books and stuff right here. That, that
stayed with me for a while and then on the right
and left of the mirror it looked as if there was
a library type (not audible). There's rugs,
plush rugs but everything was kind of somber, but
plush. Somber meaning dark not wanting.
#28-: Ok. Anything else you would like to add before we
move to another time period?
#46: No.
#28 Ok. Now moving then into the, in the session we
moved to a different time quadrant...uh...was
interested in the 15th of Aijril,. focusing once

first impression was that of a big hall or a
dinner table
#46: No. The first impression was that of a limousine.
I think. The limousine stayed with me. The dinner
might have come after. I first picked him up,
forget the time-frame.
#28: Ok. I think that's where the confusion is because
before I focused you on 1000 hours, before I focused
you on 1000 hours, you told me about this dinner table.
See, as though that might me the...
#46: Uh,..whatever the time-frame was carrying me as you
did it progressively in the session 'cause once I
heard...I didn't pay attention to the fact that you
were,..I just went after you described what time you
wanted, and so on. So you'll have' to give it to me
chronologically and 'I'll give you the pictures.
#28: Ok. As the...when we very first started working on the
15th of April, I was not specific in what time on the
15th I was interested in, and your impression, without
being specific, was of .a dinner table
#46: All right. The dinner table seemed like symbol. There
was a huge head table, all right and...0h.-..with
...un...everything was: in. white here with a banquet
type, celebration type- of victory type celebration,
ok, and he was at the head table, and I didn't look
too far in the halls just how many people were there.
There was a bunch, but he was at the head table of
that banquet.

#46: Oh, God! Uh...anywhere from 30 to 40 people..
#28: At the head table?
#46: Yes, yes.
#28: Ok.
#46: I got the impression of a victory celebration.
#28: Ok.
#46: Food, of course, was abundant. Like a grandious
dinner of some sort.
#28: Ok, fine. At that time I asked you to specifically
focus on 1000 hours on the 15th of April. Solely
on that one time. That's when you first came up
with a big black limo.
#46: Ok. That was a very sharp picture, very, very
sharp picture, and what, what it was...I can't draw
a dam on this thing, but it was a very long, black
car...well that's not too bad. And, he was in back
here and there's a strap and he had one hand in
the strap and he was waving to the people on the side
of the street who seemed to approve what he had done
It was...uh....he was on his way to this official
building, and he was being applauded or appreciated
by the people in the street. They were lined up on
the side of the street.
#28: Ok. I asked you at this time his primary duty.
#46: Yeah. I remember that. I said he was either the

was frozen there because I froze him in that time-
frame and I was trying to decipher a mental attitude
and according to his demean and bearing.

#28: You said something that about you felt this was
internal.
#46: Oh, yes, yes. This entire problem had been internal
and perceived no, no threat from the outside. It
was all internal kind of political power gain within.

#28: How do. you feel about the session, and how you did
in the session?
#46: Well, I think, I concentrated so hard, not hard,?
tried to pick up very specific things because you were
so very specific, and, in fact, I'm surprised that I
can't remember....as I normally do chronologically,
but as soon as you would?uh...turn me on to something
else I just blacked my mind completely and just picked
'em up as to where you're wanting in an effort to
answer very specifically what you wanted at a specific
time. I think this is why I can't recap what I normally
can. I'm just phoose ...memory.

I think the biggest impressions were that of a bank,
the dirt bank, the tank, the maneuvers, on a...the
impression of maneuvers, whatever that was, and the
limo his being physically in the limo and his attitude
in the limo (not audible) . I didn't have to fight
with those impressions They were just
