1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target of interest to USI.
The purpose of this session determine he function of a target

2. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (5), undated.
3. (S) At TAB A. is a summary of the data presented by the remote viewer
during the session. A complete transcript of the session is available upon
request. At TAB B are drawings made by the remote viewer reference his
impressions of the target site. At TAB C is target cuing information
provided the remote viewer.
4. (S) The summary at TAB A represents the salient points provided by the
remote viewer, and, as such, has not been subjected to any intermediate
analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the informa-
tion provided is the responsibility of the requestor.

1. (U) Reference Report #CD-54, SAB.
2. (S/NOFORN) Following information is provided in response to USI
tasking concerningfunction of building near SG1A
SG1A Specific collection requirement
was to determine what is going on inside designated building.
3. (S/NOFORN) Source provided the following details:
a. (S/NOFORN) That inside of buildihg had area of glass booths like
cubicles of glass (see drawings 1 and 2, TAB 8). Described them as being
large, almost room size.
b. (S/NOFORN) SoUrce kept on reporting on low frequency sound/pulse
but did not know origination.
c. (S/NOFORN) That very small portion of this building looks like a
lab, but it is not a medical facility. Area was a mixture of 2/3 different
things.
d. (S/NOFORN) Source reported electronics associated with this area.
Had impression that some equipment might be photographic type in nature.
e. (S/NOFORN) Reported that specially trained people work here.
f. (S/NOFORN) Source reported that people who work here are not the
same nationality as owners of the property. Three languages spoken here.
Some people serve as advice and assistance team.
g. (S/NOFORN) Source reported that function carried out in building
had something to do with pulsed low-frequency sound vibrations and guided,
precision implements.

TARGET CUING INFORMATION
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CD-55
1. (S) The viewer was shown overhead imagery of the target area, and,
at that time,, the building of interest was pointed out to him. He was
asked to. access the building and describe its interior, its function, and
to describe the type of activity that takes place there.
.2. (S) During the session the viewer was provided the geographic
coordinates of the compound and asked to focus on the designated target
building.
