(S) This source was requested to seek out information on the above target in vicinity of the above coordinates. Source was not informed that the specific target of interest feet, but he was informed that an overhead photograph existed of the target. Source was asked to describe the target, which resulted in the following information being obtained. a. (S) Source reported existance of a one story building with a peaked roof, which had an overhang jutting through the side of a fence. He reported boxes being stacked against the fence at a point where the fence intersected the corner of the building. The interior of this building was described as having windows along only one side, with supporting posts down the middle of the floor, exposed rafters, tile or concrete flooring, and that the building was essentially empty. b. (S) In the vicinity of this building the source reported seeing many big tubes, which looked like giant rolls of paper approximately two and one half feet in diameter, four or five feet in le th, stacked haphazardly on pallets which were falling apart from age. (Source was not clear as to whether or not these were inside or outside of a building) c. (S) He reported a road of sorts running across the front of the small building into the distance which was lightly covered with something that looked like a layer of sand. d. (S) Source stated that to the rear of the smaller building was an extremely large building or structure at least five stories high, which crossed the entire area. Directly to its front he reported an asphalt area cluttered with many objects, most of which were in apparant dissarray. The large building was reported as appearing to be constructed of both concrete and steel and was very white in color. It was also re- ported as not quite being complete, having no visible signs of windows or doors, but that it did have a very large winged overhang. The large building was discribed as being an off set T-shape. e. (S) A very large crane type object was reported next to the build- ing as well as a camper like truck, which was seen moving in the area. The source stated that he could see no people other than those operating the camper like vehicle. He stated that he could discover no apparent function for the building and that it was located out in the middle of no where. (S) It should be noted that the source appeared to only report on ground objects in vicinity of the airborn object which was the subject targeted.
