Okay. SG1 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-31 ##6.5: This will be a remote viewing session f(,r 8 September 1980. with a start time of 1300 hours. You want to test yours? #19.5: Oh-it's not going to be 1300 hours. SG1 B I want you to relax, relax and concentrate on that area. I want you to describe that area to me from a perspective of 1000 feet. Relax and concentrate, and describe the area from a perspective of 1000 feet above the target. Relax and concentrate. +03 #19.5: There's a edge of water running diagonally.... to the edge of a big river or.... coast line. Runs diagonally from top right to bottom left.... like .... fl_ve, move your perspective down lower to three hundred feet and tell me more about this square object. Change your perspective to about three hundred feet. +08 #19.5: Getting like...sand, brown sand or somMing, next to the corner of the "L" shaped pavement. Thore's....... looks like an overhang ...... I keep ..... I see gray rook, and then I see overhang. #6.5: Overhang? #19.5: It's like a ramp overhang. #6.5: Aha.... #19.5: Ramp going ..... goes down, but there's something overhang over it ..... and gray rock...... Looks like concrete pillars or ..... this is a.. ..concrete slancheons supporting intersection of concrete lines..... Like main columns, main columns supports of a modern building. It's part of the edge of the overhang. These .... are Fr;,mework to, to carry a great weight or load. #19.5: Ramp, ramp part isn't very definable. Lt's more like an earth depression ..... a ground depression. #6.5: Okay. And, this is all from a perspective of around 500 feet, right? #19.5: Right. 2 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/ #6.5: Okay. Why don't you go ahead now, and change your perspective and go down to this ramp. Vouch down on the ramp. #19.5: All right. It's, it's ground contour. It's got like a layer of earth on it.... sand or something. Smooth, but not hard. It's hard underneath. Ah...it's like the ground was contoured this way. #6.5: Okay. #19.5: Uh...I get a...sort of a looming, dark shape on my left. Like that might be the end of the overhang. The right side, I see like ...four, four buildings, tar roofs. Look like they're concrete with tar roofs ....... ,....There's...... I don't know.. .some kind of intersecting, inter-...intersecting wheel shape. It's on my front left...,just perceivable under the ramp ..... or down the ramp. Appears like old wheels. It's all that's on this ramp. #6.5: Okay, tell me about the level of activity right now. +14 #19.5: There ..... I don't perceive very much activity right now. It's like there's ...like a very late night shift, but it's not normal activity. It's much less. It's like very early morning hours. #6.5: Okay. then, what I want you to do then x(19.5 is focus, focus on this area, and do a time scan within the past 24 hours, or the next 24 hours, either one, and during the prime, during the prime work hours, describe the aclev.ity that's going on at this location. #19.5: It's like most...most of the activity is apparently in the early evening. Like eight, eight-thi.rly, eight o'clock night 'tell midnight, one in the morning lalist, then it tapers off. And, I keep ...I see a lot of hard hats like engineer hats and flash, flash of bright lights...like v ,,reading equipment, and metal working some kind of metal working... There's... construction of a interior platform or framework... some kind very tall, maybe six, seven stories, and a large .......... like a...half the size of a...a city Hock, maybe. But, it's shielded. It's covered like a..lhis ramp or overhang on the ramp covers it. There's cloth:: hanging in the front some kind of concealed construction. 3 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 CIA-RDP96--00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10: CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 #6.5: Okay. Well you can do it. So, go ahead and remove that cloth, and see what is being concealed; what is behind this cloth like stuff. #19.5: Ah ..... just a minute ..... +18 #19.5: Ah...gecze! It's like a ...outline of ri barbell shape, like two deep pits of some kind, inter-interconnected in the middle where a narrow thing goes very deep lying, lying very much like a silo or some kind ....... I started to get a feeling for ...like some kind of a launch faciiit:y of some kind ..... Got large pipes like cooling things, cooling vents or something, and shallow pits in the bottom of the pft...and maneuver racks for moving large, large rockets or something. Great, great care is being taken hiding the construction with overhead cover, and, and side protection cover. It, it has some kind of a super secret launch facility; where facilities are provided for actual construction of the missile or the rocket right in the pit. Like they are assembled in the pit; not, not brought. They're assembled, but actually put together there as well as launched there. I am clotting a strong ..... I just got an overwhelming feeling of like South America or something or a southern country... close ...close to a close to our continent.. .a Mexico or no, not Cuba or something, Cuba maybe.... island or penuisula country South America. #6.5: Okay. How far along are they in this project #19.5? How far along? +21 #19.5: Better than half completed. I see, I nee it on a large launch facility, I think. It's got many tuncupIs like for flooding for cooling. Thick, very thick concrete blast walls, in the deepest part, and..uh ..... very secretive construction. #6.5: Okay. Now, the last thing I'd like you to do #19.5, is once again change your perspective. This time change your perspective to an altitude of 5000 feel, and look over the whole area and tell me of any any prominent features that you see. How many features that you can r;ee from an altitude perspective of around 5000 feet. #19.5: Hummm ...... I see, see the, I see more or coast line to the south running diagonally from upper right to bottom left corner.... appears to be a lot more swamp or jungle down towards that edge ......way in the extreme upper left, I see a very rocky coast line there as well. To the right, there is ...... looks like a plateau..a small corner K a plateau and mountains. 4 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10: CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 #19.5: To the extreme upper left is a very large city, but very far away; like over fifty miles .... and.,..looks like fields of something on the left.... great fields of something .... sort of a temporary airstrip next to the silos or whatever they are..... It's probably a temporary airstrip. II. ;...that's all that I'm getting. #6.5: Okay. What I would like to see you do cue, change your perspective and go down, go down to that temporary airstrip, and tell me about the activity down them,. #19.5: There's a...only a single plane. ..looks, looks a lot like a..... ..... ah..... Cl.... C130.... four.....big four engines, very high wing, larger than a C130's; it's jest parked there. #6.5: Is there anyone near this plane ...... or on the plane? #19.5: Yeah. There's guards by the plane. they are wearing ......... like the old ..... the old Marine khakis. #6.5: Aha... Do a time scan for me, and tell me how long that plane has been there. #19.5? Three, three days. Aha...it's empty, but it was there for three days, now. #6.5: Besides this one plane, do you see any ether planes in the area? #19.5: No. Not now. There's, there's many planes that come and go, though. #6.5: What makes you say that? #19.5: It appears they.. .keep fixing the runway for some reason. Like it's a temporary runway, and they keep smoothing it out. These heavy, heavy cargo planes just. keep going and coming. #6.5: Okay. Why don't you move your perspective aorund the airfield, and tell me about anything that you see around the airfield. Nov, I don't want you to leave the airfield, though. I want you to stay on the airstrip, but move ground, and tell me if you see anything there. #19.5: Have heavy equipment... see like...some kind of heavy equipment. I don't know what it is, it's just lartae with track; maybe a bulldozer or something. ..... Some shed like roofs ..... a with metal like .... metal crates or something stored under them ..... That's all I see. 5 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 #6.5: Okay. ........ Okay. Those crates that you mentioned, describe how big they are and open one of them and tell me what's inside. #19.5: They're, they're maybe...a...three, three-quarter ton truck size. I see what looks like a engine spare parts.... these.... look very complicated . They ..... like ,i...engine spare parts or sections of engines with a fuel linen and cables and things. Aluminum color. #6.5: Do I understand that you are seeing engine spare parts and fuel lines and cables ........... #19.5: Yes. That's correct. #6.5: ....... that are in these crates? #19.5: Inside the crates. #6.5: Aha... Did you open one of these cratcn? #19.5: That's what I saw. #6.5: Okay. Okay. Anything else inside one of these crates'? Are they all carrying the same stuff? #19.5: Not too many crates.... That's all I see. Looks like a..... engine parts. #6.5: Okay. Tell me if you can, and you can, on a time scan basis, when the plane had the crew aboard, whak language were they they speaking? #19.5: Russian. The plane's crew is Russian. PAUSE #6.5: Do I understand you to say that the prone has Russian markings? +31 #19.5: No. There's no markings on the plane. #6.5: No markings on the plane. #19.5: None at all. #6.5: Okay. Do you have anything else that you would like to add at this time? #19.5: I think it's Cuba. 6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10:-C #6.5: Aha..... aha.... #19.5: I don't know why I say that.. It looks very much like Cuba to me. #6.5: Okay. I have no further questions, at This time. Why don't you relax, relax and take a couple of minutes, and then we will do some drawings. I will put this thing on hold for the time being. #6.5: Okay, okay, well, we're back in businesa now, and...why don't you go ahead and do your drawings, and number them as you go along. #19.5: Okay. I guess I will start with the "l_" shaped thing. I got a, I get an impression from, I can't remember how many feat it was, initially. #6.5: Okay. The initial one was from a perspective of about 1000 feet. #19.5: Okay. From a 1000 feet I get a perspective of this..."L" shaped thing. It looked like pavement or concrete or something at first ..... I'm not sure what, it was. Just an "L" shape, and a... That is the "L" shape, and it was perhaps a, a, 250 by 300 this way; that's feet. Call this A, and then I got a...like a earthenware ramp feeling with a... trying, trying to get this as accurate as I can...like these main supports...of concrete coming out, and this is like rock or something up here ...and, then !here was like pillars ....support pillars...like this, with this earthenware. This earth-type thing went down into..I don't know if this is very clear or not...like that, and it was very dark up in here, and then I had an impression of a ssss.... I guess that's all I have on that, that stuff. #6.5: Okay. #19.5: It's kind of rocky in here. This appeared to be flat on the ground, and there was shadow like to ibis side. So, I'll label all of this when I darken it in ink, and then a ..... I had an impression of this..... I guess then I started getting an impression while I was moving around in this pit associa- ted to this.. .dual pits, and they appeared to be constructed in this shape. And, I, I can't be sure if they were covered by this overhang or if they were directly under the overhang because, all of a sudden, they became very clear to me. Those are constructed as steel reinforced concrete...as being like the upper edge. Like this, and this is just ground around it ..... very, very deep.... This kind of affect. 7 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10: CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 #6.5: Aha.... #19.5: Let's see. #6.5: Now that... Is that discernable from overhead? #19.5: No. It's covered. #6.5: That's covered. #19.5: Definitely covered. #6.5: Okay. That's what you told me after I_ssked you to go around, through, whatever, the cloth or whatever. #19.5: Yeah, yeah, right. When I got underneath the cloth. I got a feel-I don't know exactly where the cloth was hanging from, but, it may have been hanging somewhere over this ramp. #6.5: Aha. #19.5: Like, you would have to drive down in Under this big earthenware covered support to get towards these pits. These, these pits would be viewable from the side if the cloth wasn't there, .,.you know. #6.5: Okay. Aha. #19.5: And, now these pits, I should draw a cutaway, I guess of these...I got the feeling like they were very deep, like this sort of affect, and I can't, perspective wise, I can't tell you how far apart they...and I don't...I think they're farther than they appear in my drawing , but, I can't be specific about how far. And, this channel like thing connects 'em...this like channel area here ...andi they are like very deep. #6.5: Do you have any idea what that depth i's"? #19.5: Well over 10 stories. #6.5: When you were mentioning something six or seven stories, remember ...was this what you were referring to? Do you remember? #19.5: Well, I was referring to this part, here. That's six or seven. And, then underneath that is this big work area... like.... and it's big.. .wide open.. .and I also qot an impression that down in here there was a further sunken section to this pit. It was in layers. And, coming from those layers were ...... these-like...cooling tubes...where they would, under high pressure could pump water into these sections ............. 8 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 #19.5: That sort of thing. #6.5: Aha ..... #19.5: And, then there was like structural metal on the inside that went up the walls. It had like.. .you know, the erector set appearance to it, like they were constructed to carry great weights. #6.5: Okay. #19.5: And, somewhere up here was this.. .ramp section, like this. That sort of affect. #6.5: Okay. When you referred to something as being more than one-half completed ..... #19.5: Aha... #6.5: ....what exactly is it that you were talking about? #19.5: The interior of these pits. #6.5: The interior of the pits. #19.5: Yeah. I got the feeling like they're doing the finish work. There is this flash of welding, and hall the stuff is painted, and everything. It's like they're doinH the touch-up work, youknow...getting the finishing work in, you know. #6.5: Aha, aha, aha. Now, you referred to this as a super, secret launch facility. #19.5: Yeah. I got the feeling like they were building a launch facility here for something, and it was very secret, and they were being very careful to cover it all up. #6.5: And, you said, if I recall, that the missile would be assembled right there. #19.5: Yeah. #6.5: Why did you say that? What made you say that? #19.5: I was getting the impression that, you know, okay, this is obviously a launch thing.. . .from the inside it appears to be a launch thing, but there is also...thf' facility is right there also to lay this thing out, you know.....to construct it ....... There seems to be like an assembly facility in between. You know . Like in between the two pits, and I don't know how to explain that. It just seems to me that's like an assembly or that's what it appears to be. It's got the overhead crane things and everything. Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RLP96-00788R000400750001-6 Approved For Release 2003/09/10 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400750001-6 #6.5: Yeah. But, you didn't see any missile components. #19.5: No. I didn't see any missile components or anything. 46.5: Yeah. Okay. Go ahead. PAUSE #6.5: All right. What I'd like to do then, is for you to draw me ....from the perspective of the 10,000 rent, if you could, if that would be the most comfortable,...... #19.5: Oh! Okay. #6.5: ...the geographic area that you found yourself in. The overall geographic area. #19.5: Okay, okay. Assuming this sheet of paper to be my perspective, I had what was apparently like a aoast1 ne...went like this.... I don't...... coast line going like this, and a large city here, and, apparently was a road of some kind here ....... this was a....plato, and this was all swamp down in here....plato, very rugged cliffs up in here .... hills, mostly.... craggy, rocky hills with some overgrowth, but not a lo!, and then.... fields off this direction. #6.5: And what? #19.5: Fields. #6.5: Fields? #19.5: Great fields of things growing and this Facility was located like ..... uh..... right about here, like.. ............and, right about here was.... one ...temporary landing strip ........ #6.5: How far is that airstrip approximately from this other facility? #19.5: Two kilometers, maximum. #6.5: Two kilometers, maximum? #19.5: Yeah. And, the only reason why I think it's located away is because it requires so much flat land, you know. #6.5: Aha ..... okay. Since you can see coast lined on both sides of you there, you know,....do you have a fnel of how wide that area was that you were looking at? #19.5: What? From coast line to coast line? #6.5: Coast line to coast line ...... Maximum twenty-two, twenty-three miles. #6.5: Aha ..... okay ..... #19.5: Darken this in here. #6.5: Why don't you give me a drawing then, if you would, of this temporary air strip here? #19.5: Okay. Let me finish this one road here.. #6.5: Aha. #19.5: This with clay, is like a temporary runway, which is.... a PSP affect a soft cover like sand or gra-..,net sand, but..... packed clay of some kind, and gravel, maybe, and then there's ..... a.... two sheds... #6.5: Two what? #19.5: Sheds. #6.5: Sheds #19.5: Yeah. They're like lean two-type covers;, and under that is where the crates are. #6.5: Are they the only structures on that air strip #19.5? #19.5: Yeah, really, except for one little tiny buildin where the, where the aircraft is. And. there's sitting down here in the end. g down here this aircraft #6.5: And, that's where the C130 type plane is? #19.5: Yeah. A very large cargo plane, C130 type with a high tail.... (Turned tape over) #6.5: Where, where are the security guards'? #19.5: Up under the wings of this aircraft. #6.5: Were there any other guards down there, at all? #19.5: No. Not that I saw. #6.5: Okay. And, this plane had no marki.ng0 #19.5: None whatsoever, and you asked, you asked who would the crew be ..... and, what nationality, or something like that....... #6.5: Yeah. You didn't hesitate at all on thn6. #19.5: No. I didn't. It was a flash-type thing. #6.5: Okay. Tell me more about these crates, now. #19.5: Just metal packing crates, you know...... Like pallot(phonetic) crates, and inside there's just this whole mishmash of what appears to be some kind of engine parts. Could be spare engines for planes or almost anything. It just looked, looked like engine parts ..... I don't .... very complicated looking affair with ..... like exhaust things, alld fuel lines, and wires, and ...... #6.5: Okay. I don't have anything else. Do you want to add anything? #19.5: No. That's all I have. I'll go ahead and darken this stuff in and label it. #6.5: Yeah. Why, don't we do that in the other area then.
