(S) This report documents a remote viewing session con- ducted in compliance with a request for'information on a tar get of interest to INSCOM ITAC CRD. The purpose of this ses- sion was to describe a target area given coordinates in a sealed envelope. 2. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, GRILL FLAME Protocol. AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated. 3. (S) Following is a summary of the data presented by the remote viewer during the session. A complete transcript of the session is available upon request. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing information provided the remote viewer. At TAB C are Control Analyst comments. 4. (S) The summary represents the salient points provided by the remote viewer and as such has not been subjected to any intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. (S/NOFORN) Source #27.5 described the vicinity of geo- graphic coordinates as follows; a. (S/NOFORN) A "fairly large" four story multi-win- dowed building having shuttered windows (sketch #1), located on the edge of a city. This building appeared to be in some state of incompletion, and was located at a corner of an inter- section of streets. The building had three "round things' on its' roof. To the southwest was a big lake. b. (S/NOFORN) Visible across the street from the building two nearly parallel roads of different widths were visible amid some foreground clutter, possibly that of silouettes of nearby buildings/structures (sketch #3). Two dimensional crosses having shadows were observed on the ground in the vicinity of the near-parallel roads. c. (S/NOFORN) A row of large buildings resembling blocks with rectangular openings and curved roofs were observed some distance away from the main building (sketch #4). 2. (S/NOFORN) During the following periods cited, Source #27.5 observed and described the following activity in and around the target coordinates: a.- (S/NOFORN) 051400 November 1980 (EST): No activity or personnel were observed. b. (S/NOFORN) 1600 hours, 8 November 1980 (time at target): Personnel wearing.white clothing were observed outside the large building (sketch #1). Eight groups of such personnel, each consisting of two persons, were observed to be walking quickly in the area. The personnel were repeatedly observed to stop moving, bend over, and then straighten up and continue movement. c. (S/NOFORN) 1600 hours, 11 November 1980 (time at target): Whereas previously no personnel had been observed to be within the large building, at this time some personnel were observed to be inside. They were described as talking, sleeping, and/or reclining in various cubical areas within the building. In the direction of sketch #2, a large glass bubble was observed to the left. d. (S/NOFORN) 1600 hours, 14 November 1980 (time at target): All activity was observed to have ceased. No personnel were observed, and the large building's cubes were described as being black. Source #27.5 believed he observed an aircraft to the Approved For Release 2000/08/07: CI 000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/9 Transcript Summary, Session DC-03 left rear of his point of observation in sketch #1. When Source 27.5 observed the area of sketch #s 2 and 3, it was observed that the glass bubble object had appeared to move from the left (sketch #2) to the right (sketch. #3)', and a second but smaller road was detected running near-parallel to that originally observed in sketch #2. 00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDF?96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 TAB Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R0005003600 1-8 it Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 a d Approved For J elease 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 z Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/61/07 : IA~~-16-00 14 R 50g'36Ub111-8 TO Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Releaft 0/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001- D Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 TAB Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000500360001-8 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-03 1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session the viewer was told only that he would be doing a sealed envelope 'exercise.. He was given a sealed envelope. The viewer set the envelope on the table beside him. 2. (.S/NOFORN) At the start of the session the remote viewer was told that his target was identified by the geographic coordinate in the sealed envelope he had. He was asked to describe the target location. 3. (S/NOFORN) During the session the viewer was asked about the activity at the target during specified time windows. The viewer was asked to elaborate on his descriptions of the tar- get as directed by the Control Analyst. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session, the interviewer was pro- vided the following information for targeting of #27.5: a. (S/NOFORN) TARGETING DATA: (1) Your target' for today is identified by the mensurated geographic coordinate written on the sheet of paper contained in the sealed envelope you have. (2) Move your awareness to that location, accessing the target at the present local time. (3) Interviewer was provided the sealed envelope prior to the session for #27.5 to use. b. (S/NOFORN) EEI:(Provided to interviewer but not to #27.5) (1) General description of target area. (2) Description of activity at target. (3) Move forward thru time in three day increments, assessing target activity at each increment. (a) present time. (b) 081600 Nov 80. (c) 111600 Nov 80. (d) 141600 Nov 80. 2. (S/NOFORN) In-session targeting: During the session, the control analyst provided the following guidance/direction to the interviewer at the approximate times indicated: a. +08 min: "Have (#27.5) move inside the building with multi-shutters." b. +11 min (approx): "Okay, let's put (27.5) down on the ground outside the building in a position from which (#27.5) can observe the building, and start our time march." c. +19 min: "Is this activity inside or outside?" d. +26 min: "Okay, let's move on the the next time slot, 14 November, 1600 hours, 1980."
