(S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in compliance with a request for information on a tar- get of interest to INSCOM ITAC CRD using a geographic coordinate and time reference. 2.. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided as raw intelligence data and, as such, have not been subjected to any intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the information provided is the res- ponsibility of the requestor. 3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated. 4. (S/NOFORN) Foll+wing is a transcript summary of the viewer's impressions during the remote viewing session. At TAB A is target cuing information provided the remote viewer. At TAB B are Control Analyst comments. No sketches were provided as a result of this session. (S/NOFORN) Source 07 reported the following information re ardin the vicinity of geographic coordinates and the activity at those 'coordinates at 151300 October . a. (S/NOFORN) Glass front buildings were observed, as though resembling a downtown area in a poor state of repair. An item resembling a steel beam was observed (apparently within a structure) upon which debris was laying. b. (S/NOFORN) Source 07 observed a shiny cylinder of undescribed dimensions. Source 07 observed a tank crawling up out of a body of water. Source observed varied and undescrib.ed fragments of machinery. c. (S/NOFORN) Source 07 observed, while looking in a northerly direction, a body of water to the left having waves washing up on a beach area in a direction of movement from left to right. At this location, source described the immed- iate area as being brown earth, sandy, having trees, and also having a big ravine nearby. Source described this area as being "torn up." 2. (S/NOFORN) Source reported no activity at the(se) loc- ation(s) during the above time period. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session the remote viewer was told that he would be working on a new target (a target other than that previously associated with 'the Control Analyst), and that he would be provided space/time coord- inates when the session started. 2. (S/NOFORN) At the beginning of the session the.viewer was provided the following space/time coordinate: 151300 Oct 1980 (local) 3. (S/NOFORN) During the session the remote viewer was asked to elaborate on portions of his descriptions as dir- ected by the Control Analyst. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session, the interviewer was pro- vided the following information for targeting of #07. a. (S/NOFORN) Access the followin eo. coordinates at 151300 Oct 80 target time. SG1A b. (S/NOFORN) Control Analyst specifically requested the interviewer to inform #07 verbally prior to the session that this was a new project being handled by the Control Analyst. This information was provided to #07, and was necessary to preclude any prior misconceptions on the part of #07 who, due to inadvertant discussions prior to the session, may have become aware of the Control Analyst's identity. 2. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session, the interviewer was provided the following written information for in-session SG1A guidance bf #07: 3. (S/NOFORN) In-session targeting: During the session, the control analyst provided the following guidance/direction to the interviewer at the approximate times indicated: a. (,no time recorded) : "Have (#07) describe activity in the target area." b. (no time recorded): "Have (#07) describe the personnel at the target area."
