REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-58
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a. remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target of interest.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided. is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. No drawings were made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB A is target cuing
information provided the remote viewer.

#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 1400 hours,
21 May 1981.
Today's target will be designated for you by the sealed
envelope which I have now provided you. Inside this
sealed envelope is a map of the target area. The coor-
dinates of the target are written and the map is *marked
to show the exact target. Also the name of the target is
highlighted.

Your task will be to describe the target at present time
and to describe the activity now taking place at the
target site. Your information will be used to key other
intelligence systems as this particular target is one
of a number about which we must make a decision to target.

All right. You now have approximately 20 minutes to
prepare yourself for today's work....
Relax and concentrate now. Relax, relax and focus your
attention solely and completely on the target designated
in the sealed envelope I've given you. Focus on that
target. Focus now, focus and describe the target to me.
Um, a .......................
I keep seeing this, uh...horizontal, uh, display of reflec-
tions...like a...glass bricks, on the ground. They're
like in a block, cross-hatch pattern..all away from me in
the sunlight, like little bubbles, like reflective bubbles
on the ground or something........
Describe your surroundings to me.

#31: Different than before. This is like a..feeling of like
+10 a...an urban area. These bubbles-square reflective bubbles,
I wanna make like the sun bouncing off a bouncing off a
bunch of roofs. One and two story size. I don't know how
many.. Let me clear and try again.
#66: I will wait... Focus on the target designated by the
sealed envelope.
#31: Still get it again. I'm in this area like a...this reflec-
tivity is like the racks that they test paint on. There's
+13 this pattern of elevated sideways...tilted things on the
out here-here in front of me. And they're reflective a
little bit, they're like the..those paint test frames. The
feeling is they're like that. Gives it a feeling of-the
ground clutter gives it a feeling of urban area, but it's
not, the structures are not houses. They're this-tilted
stuff....
#66: Describe the area surrounding......
#31: I feel like a water over to my right, like a pond or a lake.
I guess more of a reservoir purpose, a long and narrow at
some distance to the right. I'm way up in the air now.
That's maybe a couple miles to the right.

#31: There's something over to my front right..between the target
area and the water that is..from the ground it looks like
the path a elevated railway would make. It's something
that's-cuts across the horizon, so it looks like a straight
line, and it looks like it's elevated. Some linear like
that, like an elevated tramway..railway rather. I'm getting
+17 a- where I am I'm getting a triangle shape of a...triangular
shape. The thing that I looked was like a triangle bent
double...
#66: Tell me about the terrain in this area....
#31: Sort of a...flat, gently rolling..some cleared areas...
Mostly a...rolling plains. I don't feel anything any higher
than that. Feeling of water on the right side, like a..
like watered lakes is not unusual around here. Ponds and
lakes are fairly common..with trees around them...
#66: Move high above the target area and describe the area of
the world.......
#31: Feeling I'm in the, uh, tundra..flat upper reaches of the
globe..ice sheets and, uh, ice ponds, ponds dug into the
tundra. Many lakes..just melt lakes. Feeling was that I
was up high north.

is documented as a pre-session briefing and is included in the transcript.
2. (S/NOFORN) Little guidance was given to the viewer during the session
as the control analyst felt the viewer was unable to acquire relevant target
data.
