#72: This will be a reomte viewing session for
4 December 1981 with a start time of 1400 hours.
It's now 1400 hours. Our target for today is located
at

I want you_to.?now go to that location and tell me what
you perceive.
#36: I got (not audible) ..... I guess I was looking for a vent.
I saw.....I saw like training and testing......I may go..
by then into a tube... couldn't figure out...a thin wall
wasn't a gun; was not a gun. No feeling or size. Then, also
to my right...(not audible)
#72: Describe, for me, any type of man-made objects in this
area
#36: Only thing I saw over there in the dim light was fabric,
or net-like material... what was dressed (phonetic)... draped
pro-points-and I had extremely strong impression some kind
of multi-rocket ...tube, tube...rapid firer. One of those
tubes pointed upwards, over ...I don't know what direction.
It's over there....few hundred yards. Pavement of some kind.
Concrete..... over to my left. I think I'm facing west.

#36: North, I think is on my right
#72: Okay. I would now like you to go back in time, back in
time during the period 3 Septmeber 1981, and 8 September 1981.
The event I am interested in took place. I want you to describe
for me that event.
#36: I got myself mixed up because I hear two times .... or did
I hear one time?
#72: Two times. During the period 3 September to 8 September an
event took place that I am interested in. I want you to
describe that event.
#36: I'm not getting.much. It's a lot of black. In the search
I started to give up...I felt I was low, very low on the ground
and a big, track like thing, tracked...left tract...very broad
was rolling straight towards me. That's the only thing I got.
I'll try one more time, if you want me to.
#72: That's fine. Why don't you wait until the track type thing
comes near you, hop on board, and describe what you see.
#36: Seem like this thing is a, a large set of (not audible)
----not a tank... .1 see like;small tubes running upward
like...(not audible).... clear view... upper... trees......
structure...
#72: How many people do you see on this track-like vehicle.
#36: I see one forward...I don't know...one of them might be me.
One guy forward here...keeps moving around...another vehicle
... truck... truck stoppedl..there's people in it...It's behind.
Behind me and to the left...behind the track.
#72: Why don't you move down and see what's at the truck?
#36: I believe I lost it. I've got to go back. There's quite a
few people here. There's troops sitting on this truck and
one standing.up...there's another top on the back of it.
Some kind of...looks like some kind of exercise or something.
It doesn't seem to be that big and exciting. It doesn't
feel like tension.... doesn't feel like high pressure.
#72: That's fine. Very good.

#36: In the direction I'm traveling there's ..............
guess I...I got on a vehicle it was moving east.....
something funny I.have. Mostly in tone and low key.....
I see a shinny.... looks like part of an oi.l truck tank...
reflects own light. I see another truck ahead on the left.
It's got a solid top. Can't seem to focus to my right, but
I've been trying. I can't see to the south.
#72: That's fine. That's very good. Besides the troops are the
trucks carrying anything?
#36: When I saw the troops it just had troops, I think. I keep
coming back to that shinny one. Just because it's different.
I'm going to look again.
#36: That's all I'm getting. It's.not the shape I thought.....
It's parabolic shape on one of 'em. But, I don't. fit
anothing to that (not audible)
#72: That's all right. Okay. Let's. leave the trucks, leave the
people. I want you now to go to a perspective of about
200 feet above the ground, and listen for anything you hear.
Do you feel anything?
#36: I hear a roar.
#72: Why don't you follow and see where the roar is coming from?
PAUSE
#36: This just doesn't make any sense at all. Looks like another
vehicle. I see exhaust lanes moving horizontally. Air
around here is.....quite a smell....I saw what looks like
a big flame moving horizontally. I was expecting to see
some kind of launch.... rocket launch..-when I saw flames
horizontal. Like it's some kind of...some kind of tests.of
something very powerful. here's a big nodding (phonetic)
i antenna up there to the north. Looks like they blew something
up over there though....... (not audible)
#72: Is there anyone around that could see whatever the flame
or explosion was?
#32: I didn't. see anybody close.....a lot of light but it seemed
to be to the east of where the trucks. were.... few hundred yards.
Yeah, it's probably that. The roar just kept going and going
and going and (not::audible)

#72: Okay. What I want you to do now is return to 4 December 1981
at our target location, 4 December 1981, at our timed
location and describe for me what you see today.
#36: I see tower-like structures over there. There's been some
kind of damage going on just to the south of it.........
I think I'm getting overlay. I got a big, blue (phonetic)
cavity here..... Like something blew up........ Everything
else was in black and white....... This comes on as a blue
tone, but not a significant amount......... Like there was
a big, open area and then. a hole (not audible), That just came
up too easy. I think it's some kind of imaginative overlay.
#72: How big is the hole?
#36: It's hard to measure. I don't see anything I recognize here
........ 75, 100 feet across. It's not all that deep.
#72: Those are all of the questions that I have for you today.
I would like you to now return to this room. Begin to relax.
begin to move your fingers, blink your eyes, stretch just a
little bit......take a deep breath.
#72 Okay. We're going to....to sketch and talk about a couple
of things that you saw... The track like object.
#36: I'll give you the affect... First the, not the exact...
what do you call growsers (phonetic)... I can't give you a
detail on the growsers (phonetic), and I know there is no.
tank or separate pilgonite (phonetic) not with the treads...
have this deep an angle on them, but that's what it looked like
to me.
I felt I was lying right along this line that's in fromt of
the track, and just looked up and saw that thing, but I could
see a little of the belly here underneath, just to the left
of the track. I remember it looked awfully broad compared to
all the tracks I ever seen in photos and life. That's. not
exactly the details on the growsers (phonetic), but i remember
they were very long in horizontal direction, I guess. Rather
than being just the little short ones in the center.

#36: Yes, definitely, definitely military. It was something
that was awfully heavy. I was thinking at the time,
whatever it is, it's awfully heavy because of its footprint.
It had very wide tracks on it. I'll number that number one.
If you'd like, I can rough what I can remember of the top of
it, and the bottom portion.
#72: Okay. Do that.
#36: Okay, we'll number this A and this B. I don't remember
seeing the side where you would expect to see the wheels or
see if you had any skirts on anything. So, I'm not even
going to attempt to draw that in. Inking it now, but it.....
if you Thad a big box like structure up here which made me
feel it was probably some type of sep pel gun (phonetic)
There was a tube on it, and somewhere around near the guns
....up near the gun on the front was one individual and then
there was two or three back further on the back somewhere.
#72: Why don't. you use a different color where the x is....
#36: Where the people were?
#72: Yes.
#36:
Okay. There was one person up here, and there was three
people back here somewhere. I forget exactly where they were.
They just seemed to be milling around doing nothing in particular.
Somehow or another I got mixed up. I remember getting mixed up
about whether that was four people or three people and myself.
I know sounds crazy, but I found myself wondering about that.
#72: Okay. How about a general geographical description of the
terrain?
#36: Okay.. This is going to be put together in bits and pieces because
it's quite fragmented. I've got the north arrow over here.
The west is to the top of the page where the mountain is.
indicated. Somewhere to the east of the mountain.........
the mountain was the dominant thing when I found myself searching
.........I found myself in the vicinity of this vehicle here.
I've annotated as an SP gun. To the back of that was a truck
with troops in it sitting along each side at the outer perimeter
of the truck bed. While examining that, I saw another truck to
the back of that which is further to thenorthwest. Looking
around for something exciting, I saw something shintgay in the
right in the position I have the bright oil truck shape indicated,
and I think it was a mobile antenna of the pereblic (phonetic)
shape where I have it annotated. And, then later a piece that
I saw that was spread to the east was some kind of metal
structures. I thought that some damage had been done around

#36: .....there. Like an explosion or something. The ground was
a different color and it looked like it was lower in one spot.
Not very deep, but rather broad across. I thought it was
roughly in that vicinity around there somewhere where I later
saw horizontal flames which kind of startled me, because I
......somehow or another I found myself expecting to see
flames in a vertical position representing a rocket or
something. I just reported it as I saw it.
#72: You mentioned that the air had a smell to it.
#36: Oh, I vaguely remember that. Yeah, it was a strong,
chemical smell. Very strong, almost take your breath.
In fact, I felt I was having trouble breathing or something.
At first I thought it was a strong, sulpher smell, but it
took your breath like that, but that wasn't it. It wasn't
sulpher.
#72: Okay. Anything else distinctive about that. Any man-made
features in there.
#36: No. That's a strange thing about it. I felt it was
relatively.... cleared?out. At first, I thought there was
a lot of trees around in the...looked like early morning
scene...I felt there were trees to my right in the slopes,
and when I got up on the traglihickle (phonetic) vehicle
I thought that everything was pretty free of vegetation,
at least. I was still having trouble seeing, 'cause it
seemed dark, like I was looking at early morning. I
expected to see several buildings around, but I did not.
Except for these, somekind of funny structures down near
where I saw the plains.
#72: Okay. General overall impression about that area ...what do
you think?
#36: Test site of s ome kind. Just an impression.
#72: Not a hostile feeling?
#36: No. It wasn't a hostile feeling at all. In fact it seemed
like everything was under control. When I was-watching the
people, they did not appear excited or hyper....but if the
word event was used...I would have-thought, well, gee,
it must be something important. Even if no one is going to
get hurt ...there's going to be excitement. You know ...this
hyper feeling about the thing. I didn't feel it. I felt
that somewhere in between the time I tried to get a cut on
it, that something had happened some place and there was
some damage done. But, maybe there was an accident.. I
think accident is probably the word I am looking for. I
was looking for something that happened intentionally.

#36: I saw this hole...gosh...hit a...set off a bomb. And, I
looked at that, and I..don't know why I threw it out...
because of....I thought, well,.that's.a logical assumption
once you see something like that. Well, I may have thought
about it. I don't, know. But, I started having all kinds
of overlay problems. I don't think I accomplished much in
there.
#76: Okay. I don't have anything else.
#36: I can't think of anything else either.
