SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING SESSION 840
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S),
undated.
3. (S/NOFORN) During the second phase of the session the remote viewer
was interviewed concerning his impressions. At TAB A are drawings made
by the remote viewer. At TAB B is the target cuing information provided
the remote viewer immediately prior to the session.
4. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impression of the target are p ovided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected t any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation nd use
of the information is the responsibility of the user. During jthe session
the interviewer's microphone failed. Theinterviewer's_ quest constructed from from notes taken during the session.
5. (S/NOFORN) Following the session the remote viewer stated that he
had had difficulty in concentrating. The remote viewer also stated that
he had taken a significant dose of medicine about 2 hours prior to the
session and did not know what effect the medication had on him. While
this session was scheduled for 0900 hours, the remote viewer called at
0845 hours and requested it be rescheduled for 1000 hours.

#72: This will be a remote viewing session for
20 December 1981 with a on-target time of
1000 hours.
All right #07 our target for today is the individual
whose photograph is in the sealed envelope. Concentrate
on the individual Describe his location.
#07: I saw him just for a moment, and then I felt I was
standing right where he was A very high place.
.....On the tgp, near the top of some building. It was
high enoug4,114"It was scarey looking down... A little
dizzy feeling. I expected to find him at a desk or
something. Appeared to be alone. A very high place
looking out over the area.
#72: How tall is the building?
#07: It must be over a 100 feet because it seems several
hundred feet. At least I get feeling funny up here.
People look real small down there.
#72: Go down to the street and describe the front of the
building.

#07: Having a little trouble...with...side track,-,/
I'm having trouble with visibility, but I have the
feeling that I have to go up steps to the entrance.
There's a feeling of something like a fountain out here.
Something there. Something displayed. Got a flag pole,
but I want something more specific. There's kind of a
metal disk shape with a linear pattern across it. Some
kind of detailed design around the edge. Might be writing
or just pattern. I can't make it out. Disk appears to be
in gold color....gold leaf....gold paints.
#72: Where is the disk located?
#07: It's on a facade of...it's on a vertical face of
something. I was looking up at it. I thought it was
rmatted against some kind of neutral color of masonry of
some kind. I couldn't tell whether it was on a facade of
a building or whether it was on the front of a monument...

building.'4 Seem to be aware ...water doing something
real close to me. Like a little waterfall or
fountain or something. I td and look up, and see
the height I was feeling. I don't see any place
where I could have been standing. Building appears
rather broad from here. I don't know. Maybe I've
created this. But, it front looks like
building of states some government or somethi g

where the building is located.

#07: I keep seeing a tall building coming up towards me.
But, not much elevation..... 01ft is, not as distinctive
as a pool, a pond, a UnalS1-grbrOdy oLvater over there,
because of its smoothness, contrast to there is most
dominant. Nearby is impressive square, rectangular
structure that sticks up quite high in a spire. But,
from here it's not very....doesn't appear very dominantii,,,,,,

#07: I'm getting two feelings. One is a feeling of seataf,,i
authority....of law....power structure.... When I mefiar e"
to look to see what made me think that, I got the feeling
of offices stacked on top of offices. Like paper crunch..

must have been about 8 letters. I see a long
corridoratterns on my right. I'm moving down lite
He's in this hall. I see a room in it desk:on, on
my righ. There's not a lot of other lightsnrown, long
desk 144at Mahogany looking walls. Nice desk. I feel
he's in here or he's going to be in here. I'm having
trouble locking on to his face. I'm looking where he
should be and all I see is vibration. ...
I'm getting something here that may not be significant,
but, think you ought to have it. There's something
about a very attractive, dark haired girl, dark eyes,
about 27-28, neat, dressed with dignity...tied to this
individual someway. I got a glimpse of them. She's a
little shorter than he. She was close and looking up at
him, but, it wasn't in the wasn't an enamorous view.
Think they just work together. Don't believe it's girl-
friend. Dark, smooth hair, pulled back...... ..... bun.
This may have been in his mind. So hard to handle. But,
image of the girl was very strong, and very clean image.
Appears to be blue-eyed, tall intlividual nearby that is
aware of my man's presence, but he's confused. I don't
understand that. I think maybe tall individual doesn't
know who this is.

#07: Just a feeling...feeling the person is becoming familiar

to be a straightforward-things., Everything is not
together, yet. Great patience. I had the feeling I'd
find him sitting in a hotel room somewhere. But, he seems
to be familiarizing himself with areas, conditions, time.
It was a strong feeling.

TARGET CUING INFORMATION
REMOTE VIEWING SESSION 840
1. (S/NOFORN) Immediately prior to the session the remote viewer was
shown a sealed envelope and told that a photograph of the target was
in the envelope.
2. (S/NOFORN). The remote viewer was asked to locate the individual and
describe his surroundings.
