I -00788R000800950001-0 TRANSCRIPT REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-70 #14: This will be a remote viewing session for 23 April 1980. The on-target time is 1500 hours, local. All right #27.5 the time is now 1500 hours. It is 11:30 in the evening in Iran. Your mission for today is to scan the staff cottages, identify any hostages and describe the security of these buildings. The first building I want you to look at is building C. I want you now to reldx, relax, concentrate. #27.5: I'm not getting any impressions of hostages. Getting a very strong impression of Iranians, though. PAUSE #14: How many Iranians? +02 #27.5: I'm seeing..uh..possibly 8,7or?S.. Iranians.... a shift, shift of Iranian guards. They're asleep. They're all asleep. I don't see any hostages. Just Iranians. #14: Ok. I want you now.... #27.5: There's..uh..wait a minute... there's ..uh..what appears to be a, a single..uh..single guard mount near this building. I see one outside guard near this building. He's not walking. He's just standing. That's all I get from this building. I want you now to leave this building and go on to the next building. Building D. +05 #27.5: Building D. Ok............Uh...3 rooms with the hostages. The...uh...largest room which is..uh.. the left hand, the left hand side of the end of a very short hallway. It's got a civilian and he's bald. He's got a beard. And, in the room with him there's 2 Marine guards. U.S. Marines. One of the Marines is ...uh...guy that's been on TV so much. Toras (phonetic) or whatever. Spanish Marine. The other Marine has got black hair. Maybe 6 feet. Six feet tall. It'-. like tt-e rcom has got, got two civilians in this room. One is a black man. He's black...very, very dark skin. The other one is... uh...the other one is...uh...kind of a ruddy, ruddy complexion. Maybe red hair or strawberry colored hair. He's...uh...fairly build...late 40s, early 50s. There's...uh...nobody else in this room. The...uh...third room...... third room has got 3 Marines. There's 2 heavily armed guards here in the front room on the right...front right. They've got automatic weapons. Looks like some grenades... hand grenades. No more than 6. None are exposed. I think they got them in pockets, or something. I have extra clips on the ammo box...with extra clips. And, appears to be some form of barracadirig by a front window...like a picture window. Uh....... like in up in..s.the dinining room table or something is. Up on the pile of furniture shoved in against the front window, and there's some kind of....... dirt filled wall by the outside door. There's also a...I don't, I don't know what kind of gun it is, but there's...uh...like a field of fire weapons to the front (phonetic). Must be a light machine gun. I don't, I don't see anyone there, though. It's a set up in a hole, like. That's all I'm getting in this building. #14: Ok. I want you to relax again, relax, take a few seconds. I want you now to go to building E, echo. Approved For Release 2000/08/07 ??0IA-6P96 OO788ROOO8OO95OOO1-0 Approved For Release 2000/08/0, 00800950001-0 #27.5: Hmmmmm..... there's ...uh...6 or 7, I can't be sure, 6 or 7 more Marines here. Keep wanting to say 7, but I only see 2 to a room; 3 rooms. Uh..... This building is very heavily barracaded in the front. There's also something..... it's like something is nailed across the windows outside. I'm not sure what it is. I get a strong vertical, vertical stripe impressions. I think it's all the buildings like this. They nailed something across the windows. There's alot of, alot of heavy mattresses have been put up against the...uh...on what looks like a front room or a dining area...living room combination type area. There's...uh...2 heavily armed Iranians here....uh...automatic weapons... extra ammo boxes..... uh...grenades. They don't appear to....... I don't think they have to be grenades. They spread these out kind of thin. Possibly 2 per guard. There's also a well fortified gun ditch on the front left. Alot closer in towards the building. Appears to be a shallow, shallow fighting hole type of place. Not deep like a fox hole, but shallow. I keep getting....uh....an impression like there might be something piled to one side of the short hallway. Where the entrance to the hallway is. I don't...can't tell if it's furniture or if it's ...uh...cloth. Get a cloth sensation. That's all I get. #14: Ok. I want you to relax, leave building E. I want you now to focus your attention on building F, foxtrot. #27.5: There's...uh...I'm not sure if there's hostages :here or not. I got 2 people in a rear left room. I, I think they might be hostages, but I'm not sure. There's definitely 2 people in the rear right room, and there's...uh...it's like a fortified..uh..fighting place. They appear to have a good, good view of the rear areas. There's automatic weapons there. And..uh..see what looks like a very strange looking shotgun of some sort. The front is also barracaded but not, not like the other, the other buildings. Think this is used to-like a perimeter defense building. Possibly 2 hostages here, but I can't be sure. I see 2 people, and I keep seeing the 2 guards; 2 Iranians as well. I'm not sure. They have somekind of radio equipment there too. Uh....walkie-talkies or something Approved For Release 2000/08/07: CIA- D - 0788R000800950001-0 Approved For Release 2000/08/ like that. Hand-held radios. But, everything is very quiet. Get an impression that..uh..perhaps there's some form of mines employed on this back corner of the building as well. I din't recall seeing mines before, but I get a distinct impression that this back corner ground area is mines. Some- way boobie trapped in someway. I don't know. It's a weird sensation. Something is buried in the ground there... vicinity of that area. That's all I'm getting. #14: Ok. Before we end the session, I would like you to go back and look at the 2 people that you could not identify. Take one last look, describe them. #27.5: One is..uh..fairly tall, combs his hair straight back; no part, just straight back. He appears to have..uh..skin problem; acne or something. The other.....just not getting anything on the second person. #14: I have no further questions. Is there anything you can add before we take a break? #27.5: Whatever it is on the ground in the back...I'm not sure that mines is the right word. It's somekind of explosive technic device. I don't know what it is but it's either in or on the ground in the corner in the rear. That's all.....I don't have anything to add. #14: All right. I have no further question. Ok. We're now ready for debrief. #27.5: Page I. #14: We'll start with building C. #27.5: Building C. I got a short corridor with a room on the left...this kind of affect...like 3 rooms, and the...get an impression that there was just, I think there was just guards in this building; Iranian guards. I'll mark them with Xs with circles around them. I got an impression there were, there was a...uh... like a shift. #14: Ok. What you should do is make a legendary key because, chances are we won't be typing these transcripts up until much later. Approved For Release 2000/08/07 CIA-RDP9 - 8R000800950001-0 Approved For Release 2000/0$~Q7, 788R000800950001-0 #27.5: Ok. Depicts Iranian guards sleeping. They were all sleeping too. This is a front room here. Two sleeping here. There's no walls here. Got an impression that there was like a..uh..an entry way of some sort. #14: Is that pen drying up? #27.5: No. That's all right. And, there was a barracade; and that there was a sentry type position here and it was manned. This is building C. #14: Ok. Our next target was building D. #27.5: Building D. Page 2. Same hallway type configuration. Same room combination, and I got..uh...ok..-.the H in the block stands for hostage. Here, seemed like there was 3 in this room, I think I said. #14: Let me see. Yes. You described a civilian and 2 U.S. Marine guards in the same room. #27.5: Civilian, Marine, Marine. These 2 were.....is there 2 in the next room or something...or 3. #14: Ok. Uh.....the other room you described 2 civilians; one possibly a black man-and the other, older, ruddy complexion. #27.5: Yeah. Black civilian, ruddy complexion..... #14: Uh....going back to the first room, you identified one of the Marines as Gelagos. #27.5: Yes. This guy. I don't know if that's how you spell his name or not. #14: That's ok. #27.5: Some guy that's been on TV so much though. #14: Ok. Third room you described 3 U.S. Marines. #27.5: Right. And there was 2 Iranians in the front. This front....entranceway....they were right here. There's also a light machinegun out in the front area here. #14: You ...uh...you went on..describe ...uh....... I have anything else in building D. #14: Ummmmm....ok, you have the dirt filled wall beside the outside door, and barracade by the windows. Ok. That's it. We'll go on to building E, as in echo. #27.5: Again, the same short hallway. 3 rooms..... these definitely had 2 Marines. You know, it was really funny, this building here. I kept wanting to.say 7 hostages, but I kept seeing only 2 to a room. They were all Marines, and I also had 2...or was it 3 Iranian guards. Two, I believe. #14: Ok. You described 2 guards with automatic weapons. #27.5: And they had the front of this building also barracaded. This had something in the hallway, I think. Like some kind of a barracade coming out of a hallway. #14: You described a fortified shallow gun trench. #27.5: Yeah. That appeared to be very close to the building, and ran out this way. #14: Also you described of something over the windows from the outside. #27.5: Yeah. I was getting that impression for all the windows. I'll be a ....dotted line over here, and put it inside this dotted like; it was like I was looking at the windows, and I kept getting this impression; like something over the windows. And, they were all horizontal lines. #14: Ok. At this time, we are now going into building F as in foxtrot. #27.5: Building F was..uh..ok, I'll do the same short hallway, but in this case, I got an impression that there might be 2 hostages in this room. This guy was tall, straight hair, complexion problem..... this guy was, I don't know. But, I-got a feeling like...where these hash marks are, these windows were knocked out. Uh.....and that these were... this was like a gun in placement. That's a bad term, because I didn't see any, you know, light machine gun or anything there. Just 2 Iranians with automatics, and i got an impression that this area back here, had some kind of explosive type technic device. Devices, I should say .......... I don't know how far around they went, but got the feeling that this, this was like a field of fire for this. #14: At this time building foxtrot, you mentioned that you saw several radios; hand-held radios. #27.5: Ah....they were in the room here. #14: Was that unique to building foxtrot? #27.5: Yes. #14: Ok. I have no further questions. Is there anything else that you would like to add? #27.5: I have no further information. #14: All right. End of session.
