(S/SK/WNINTEL) In pursuance of SUN STREAK's operational intelligence mission, the following reports reflect the results of activity pursued by the Prototype Operational Group (POG) for the reporting period: a. (U) At TAB A is the Quarterly Production Report as sorted by viewer. b. (U) At TAB B is the Quarterly Production Report as sorted by project. c. (U) At TAB C is the Quarterly Production Report as sorted by remote viewing methodology. 3. (S/SK/WNINTEL) is nearing completion of Stage III training in the Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) methodology. is currently in the initial stages of Stage IV, CRV training. By common agreement, Stage IV training will be enhanced significantly. Military and military related targets will be incorporated in the training. Training in solo remote viewing without the assistance of a monitor, trainer or interviewer will be pursued as a matter of course. To rOEEIG1 1NATI.OI5A.L~3 Trainees will be tasked to access persons via CRV methodology in a space, ocean, and earth environments. In the last phases of Stage IV, both the trainer and the remote viewer will be operating in a double blind manner while gaining access to the target solely based on encrypted coordinates provided for this purpose. 4. (S/SK/WNINTEL) From the operational perspective, customers are being educated to formulate very specific queries for which responses are required. Customers will continue to be advised of the anticipated degree of reliability and accuracy they may expect from the remote viewing process based on demonstrated past performance. Remote viewers, on the other hand, regardless of individual viewing proclivities and preferences, have the obligation to provide answers to queries posed by the customers. Indeed, a negative response will be required. Searches are, and will continue to be conducted within the narrow focus predicated by available operational data. In each and every case, a diagrammatic or geographical representation will be furnished the remote viewer as a point of focus from which to conduct the search. 5. (S/SK/WNINTEL) During the reporting period, there were indications of limited remote viewing successes. During the conduct of a customer indicated that information obtained from t e remo a viewing process was in correlation with data known only to the customer.
