(S/NOFORN) Request the following addition to paragraph 6a(3) INSCOM GRILL FLAME Protocol (U) dated 1 June 1981 be approved: During the remote viewing session the remote viewer may be monitored physiologically. His brain waves may be monitored in frequency and amplitude by the use of a multichannel electroencephalograph. Bipolar corporal. voltage reversals may be monitored using a multichannel electromyograph.. Electronic skin resistance may be monitored using a psychogalvometer. Heart rate and non-invasive flagraphic measurements may be monitored using a plethysmograph (see Inclosures 1, 2 and 3). 2. (S/NDFORN) Request the following addition to paragraph 6a(4) INSCOM GRILL FLAME Protocol (U) be approved: Physiological monitorings which may be recorded during the RV session are collated in time sequence with the session transcript. When the transcript is then compared with known target data, psychophysiological states of the remote viewer are identified with accurate target data. This process is expected to be automated. 3. (S/NOFORN) Request the following addition to paragraph 13, INSCOM GRILL FLAME Protocol be approved: 6. When physiological correlates to accurate viewing data have been established for a particular remote viewer, judges will highlight those portions of the session transcript indicated by the monitoring records.
