(S/NOFORN) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing session conducted for training purposes only. 2. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document Standard Remote Viewing Protocol (Local Target) by Harold E. Puthoff, and Russel Targ, November 1978. 3. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer reference his impressions of the targeted site. At tAB B is the target cuing information. 4. (S/NOFORN) Post session analysis of target viewing indicates the viewer had a considerable amount of correlation. The designated target was St Mark United Methodist Church. The beacon was denied access to the church by the minister. He was unable to properly photograph the designated. Faced with these problems he selected an alternate target (see photograph). Training objectives set for this session were achieved. My drawings. Page number 1. A...these are my martini glasses that I see sticking up from the floor. After thinking about it, you know the martini glasses is the pattern I used to describe it. It can be seats. It can be flowers or pedestals or something like this. And, to the left of that, maybe a bit off this page, there was a dining room table with about 5 or 6 of these real high back chairs like that sitting on a carpet. I don't know why I saw that. One B is that long hallway that I saw with turn- stiles or whatever. These are what I saw, I used the term turnstiles to describe it. It's like a pathway or escalator or something going these (mumble) patterns, and there's a third set down here. #66: So, rather than being...they may not be turnstiles, but something that is like a narrowing or a tunnel- ing affect for something that goes through there. #63: Aha. Right. You see, this is the same size.... it's kind of a perspective view as it goes up that way and it's the third set of these things right down here. #66: To the right. #63: Page 2, I feel is pretty important. 'cause I asked myself what is important about this target that I can...one little tidbit of information that will key me, and I got the feeling of both of these, and I think A is more correct than B. I got B earlier, but A came in when I said what is really important about this. And, again it's kind of my martini thing again with rays coming down in off of it. Like maybe water flowing out of a fountain of some kind. Three A is my pillar shape with arches coming in off of it. Numerous arches coming off of this one piller. And, I say a semi-domed roof. I don't know why. I felt like it was slightly domed, but it didn't come down all the way or anything. Just a very slight dome. And inside Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : 6-00788R001400120001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : -00788R001400120001-4 of this area I had an airy feeling and kind of a soft neutral light. And, I had a feeling there were plants there or something. And, a perspective view of a wall under there as though it might have been inside of a mall or something. And, this may have been stored along the side there. This is the general area I felt like that table and stuff was in. So, I drew an arrow there saying table. B is the black and white pattern that I had. It was like a tile floor, small check patterns ...of black and white tiles on the floor like in a bathroom. Four A it's the corner of something looks like a ticket booth or something. This is a little wider and it comes out around the corner here and there. Looks like the shelf on a ticket booth where you buy ticket or something. And then B is the, the feeling I got when I went overhead. This is the target. It's got walkways or something around it. Rays coming out is what I described it as. And, then I had a surrounded feeling like there's a bunch of stuff all around here. I don't know what it was. And that's it. #66: And, what's your emotional feeling about the target then...what went on today. #63: Ah, it's hard to describe today. Let me think about that. You can put the tape on hold and I'll think for just a minute. My images weren't quite as clear today as I would like them to have been, but again I felt good in the fact that I didn't have an overflowing of images that I couldn't describe. I had enough that I could keep up with them. So, I feel that some of these are probably correct. And, that it wasn't all just overlay that was washing over my eye. So, I'm anxious to go out and see how I did. #66: Anything else you want to add? #63: That's it.
