SUBJECT: CENTER LANE Status Report 20 Aug - 7 Sep 84
1. (S/CL-2/NOFORN) The following actions were taken during the
period of 20 August to 7 September 1984 in support of
transferring the INSCOM CENTER LANE Project (ICLP) to DIA.

taken and accomplished to date, concept of new psychoenergetic
collection effort at DIA, specific roles and functions of current
ICLP personnel, and command and control relationships.
