(FOUO) The above named individuals visited the Project CENTER LANE office this date to discuss the pending transfer of the project from INSCOM to DIA. 2. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) Dr. Vorona said that he would like to see psychoenergetics turn into a major discipline. He envisions expanding the current program in a manner similar to that of the disciplines of ELINT, SIGINT, COMINT, etc. Additionally, Dr. Vorona would like to expand the current program to include PK and medical/psychological assessment. 3. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) He stated that he and MG Rapmund of the Army Medical R&D Command, has signed an MOU. MG Rapmund has indicated that he will provide one million dollars during FY85, two million during FY86, and four million during FY87. He stated that they plan on having close interaction between operations and R & D but no firm plans have been made. 4. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) In addition to the above monies, Dr. Vorona said TIARA funds and another $600K of P6 funds will probably be available for the remainder of FY84 and for FY85. 5. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) Dr. Vorona stated that there is continuing activity to bring the psychoenergetics program back into the NFIP arena. (U) Dr. Vorona said the program has always received excellent support from LTG Williams, Director of DIA, and that he feels that LTG Williams will continue that support until he leaves DIA in Sep 85. 7. (FOUO) Dr. Vorona said that he will be the central manager of the program under DIA and we will work for him. He also said that the situation (work) will continue as it currently is, and he is pleased with the FGGM operation. 8.
