(S/CL-1/NFORN) The second concern is to transfer appropriate functions to the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC). c. (S/CL-3/NFORN) The final concern is to transfer the operational aspects of the ICLP to DIA. The Chief stated that the CG is aware of the potential of the ICLP, and that he wants to be kept aware of developments in the psychoenergetic field, but that it is not considered in the best interests of INSCOM to continue with the Project.
