1. (U) The following actions are scheduled by INSCOM CENTER LANE
Project (ICLP) personnel in the near future.
a. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) Continue coordinate remote viewing (CRV)

training at SRI-International, New York, New York, 16-20 July 1984.
b. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) Pending appointment as a Contracting
Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), enter into contract
negotiations
c. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) Pending appointment as a COTR, enter into
contract negotiation with SRI-International, Menlo Park, CA to award
contracts for the continuation of CRV training.
d. (U) Brief Director, NPIC on 27 July 1984.
3. (U) Actions lb and c must be started immediately if ICLP FY 84
resources are to be used to fund these efforts. Preliminary
discussion with contracting officers reveal there is sufficient time
to issue a contract. If the contracts are not awarded to permit the
use of FY 84 funds, then project training programs will be delayed
