2. In accordance with terms of the subject contract as modified by amendment
P00001, 22 February 1983, technical contractual services in fulfillment of
references were to be completed NLT 30 December 1983. To date this office has
no further status upon which to recommend termination or payment entitlements
of the contractor.
3. Request you advise this office as to satisfactory performance, and that
payment should be made (a responsibility of the appointed COTR), or that the
government requirement no longer exists for these services. As a point of
information OMA fiscal year 1983 funds cited may expire for disbursements
after 30 September 1984.
