SUBJECT: Verification of Expenditure of Funds
1. Reference conversation between LTC Buzby and Mr. Shideler on 21 March 1986.
2. I certify that the contractor discussed during referenced conversation
received an $8000 payment in January 1984 for an amendment to an existing
contract; that the contractor furnished the services in accordance with
an approved statement of work; and that the expenditure of funds was in
support of an operational requirement and was mission essential.
3. The undersigned was the Program Manager of the activity at the time the
funds were spent.
