(S/CL-4/NOFORN) Upon completion of Stage IV training by Tom
McNear under the provisions of reference a, and in reviewing
SRI's obligations under the provisions of references a and b, I
find that I have not received the reports as described in those
references. Specifics are as follows:
a. (U) DAKF27-83-C-001.8:
1. (U) Two copies of a written evaluation of the
trainee's progress at the completion of each two-week working
session (para 4.2).
2. (U) Three copies of a final report within 30 days
after the completion of each training stage to include a summary
of training presented, an evaluation of the trainee's ability to
