(S/CL-3/NOFORN) The CENTER LANE total funding requirement for FY85 is estimated at $565,000. The estimated figure was derived using contractual and consultant lees for further training, TDY expenses, anticipated civilian salaries, and costs of supplies, services, and rental fees. The figure does not include military salaries. A detailed breakdown is provided below: Training $200K (Continuation of CR7 training) Consultant Services 100K Travel 165K Civilian Salaries (3 personnel) 80K Miscellaneous (Rental and maintenance contracts, purchase of supplies and equipment, etc.) 2. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) The estimated figure for consultant services includes $50K for continuation of work currently being done by SRI-International on Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electro-magnetic radiation and the "Search" Problem. These efforts are essential for further development in the field and should be considered. The additional $50K is planned for new contracts for training and evaluation of recently assigned personnel.
