REPORT OF FINDINGS On 30 May 1984, Source 01 reported the following information concerning the event, that occurred on 09_ April Source 01 reported an event like an explosion. It was like an extremely high pitched whine that went rapidly beyond hearing range and caused everything to be excited or vibrated; then things broke (not further identified) and a cloud enveloped everything. It was like an intense fireball for a second, so white hot that you could not see it. It was like a mixture of two events. It was an experiment and it succeeded, but they (NFI) did not expect the way they succeeded. The cloud came from a canister which was approximately 1 and 1/2 feet in diameter a little bit narrower at one end. The cloud was generated within the canister and came out of one end. The cloud was very wet and very heavy. There were two different kinds of clouds, one was almost like a heat ball with flames so hot you could not see them. It burned everything it touched even though it, may not have been burning (NFI). The event may have been.caused-when this canister was dropped from a slow moving airplane.
