AI BREAK: I get the impression that this person
I'm now dealing with is doing something he
doesn't IDEOLOGICALLY want to do, but has a
deep, secret joy at doing it. Feeling may be
so deep-seated that even he is not aware of it,
but it is definitely there. This person
impresses me as being, on the surface, someone
doing something he doesn't logically agree
with, but secretly supports.
NOTE: I think I have switched my attachment from the person who
was originally at site to someone else: possibly a person
meeting him. This person seems to be easier to have an
empathetic contact with. The other (first) person seems to be
all businesslike, cold, and factual, with very little (shallow)
emotional components to his personality.

SELF-EVALUATION: I don't know how much of this was AOL, driven
by the fact that I accepted the first impressions of the site,
which came sooner and clearer than is usual. These first
impressions were more on the vague visual level, but I am
finding that that seems to be customary with the sealed
envelopes, so it is beginning not to bother me so much.
Perceptions "felt" right throughout the session, so I would
personally place some credence in it, but always with the
skepticism which comes from the knowledge of how sneaky and
powerful AOL can be.
