The target Is .+surrounded by a very large area whi c:h it shares with other "things" (see sketches, pages 13B and 13C). The entire area .i enclosed. IThie?re+ was a perception that this enclosure is only wire fencing. There was an added perception that the area directly around the target contains a "bean- shaped" field of "an unidentified pressure" (see sketch, page 14A). b. There appear- to be two (otherwise unidentified) lines associated with the target. These lines have a "barely cover>ed" , or "just beneath the surface'' feeling (see sketch, page 13C, bottom). There is also a repeated perception that a portion of the target site is physically "cantilevered y^ and elevated" sketches, pages , 6 , 13E, 15A). (see .1 and OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 (REV. 1-80) GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.5 5010-114 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000301240001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000301240001-1 c. There were two types of perceptions of activities associated with the site: A "back & forth" energy which seemed to be associated with the site's functioning (see sketches, page 7). 2) A perception of people working at the site, in front of large, tall, dark colored "wall panels" with dots/spots/points/lights/etc. on them (see sketch, bottom, page 12). d. There were several perceptions dealing with the functioning/purpose of the site'.' :I.) The functioning appears to be continuous. 2) Some portion of the site is "level sensitive" in that it will begin ......wor..`.: properly up to a certain degree of 4f t h~ e h'ror"i z on t a l , but w i l l not at a steeper angle. There was the co---- perception that this portion of the site was not "level sensitive" once it began to operate. The operation of the site deals in some way with great distances, and appears to be in totally straight lines as it covers these distances. 4) There was a strong perception of very active and strong "back, & forth" energy associated with the site's actual functioning.
