The structure is light in color and made of t:a hard stone like material. In the front are some arch-shaped openings (couldn't tell if these were doors or windows), the remainder are rectangular. The building was designed to have an imposing classical appearance: one which would stimulate a reaction of respect. The building and the grounds are well maintained. Inside the structure are several large, open, rooms with high ceilings. The remainder of the rooms in the building are smaller, rectangular with normal ceilings. The building structurally is like sever'-al buildings :linked together in a. closed geometric shape. There is an open courtyard in the middle. There are wide hallways down the center of each length of the building. Associated with the purpose of the building is the concept: "stored knowledge."
